The control unit determines an operation state of the noise component; on the basis of information stored in the storage unit according to a wireless system of a target wireless system unit, a wireless system of another wireless system unit in a transmission / reception state other than the target wireless system unit, the operation state of the noise component, a first reception level of the target wireless system unit, and a second reception level of the other wireless system unit in the transmission / reception state other than the target wireless system unit, acquires at least one of a data rate to be used by the target wireless system unit and an output reduction indication amount of transmission power of the target wireless system unit; and performs setting of communication for the target wireless system unit using the at least one of them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
