Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a locking device for a door that allows a slide bar to be moved via an operating handle and the door to be locked using a lock pin and a locking piece. [Background technology]
[0002] A locking device for a sliding door is known in which a lock pin and a locking piece that can engage with the lock pin are provided on the window frame and the sliding door, and when the sliding door is closed, the lock pin or the locking piece is moved to lock it (see, for example, Patent Document 1). A slide bar is provided on the window frame so that it can move up and down along the vertical frame or horizontally along the horizontal frame. When the slide bar moves up and down, a lock pin or locking piece is provided on the upper part of the slide bar, and a crank of an operating handle is connected to the lower part of the slide bar. When the operating handle is turned in the case of a sliding bar that moves up and down, the slide bar moves up and down along the vertical frame via the crank, and the lock pin and the locking piece engage with each other to lock and pull the sliding door to the closed position, or the engagement is released to unlock and allow the sliding door to be opened. In general, the slide bar moves linearly back and forth while being guided by a slide guide, and the slide guide and the slide bar are usually made of a metal material, and a sufficient clearance is provided between the contact surfaces of the slide guide and the slide bar to make the linear movement smooth. Therefore, if the hand is released from the operating handle while locking or unlocking the door, the vertically moving slide bar may overcome the resistance of the operating handle and fall under its own weight, while the horizontally moving slide bar may move left or right. In the case of the vertically moving type, the falling of the slide bar creates a loud collision sound between metal parts, which can also cause breakdowns.
[0003] The slide bar and the operating handle are connected by providing an engagement hole in a crank that is rotated by the operating handle, and the engagement hole is engaged with a connection pin provided in the slide bar. When the crank is rotated by the operating handle, the slide bar moves up and down through the engagement hole and the connection pin. The shape of the engagement hole is determined so that the contact position of the connection pin and the engagement hole is dead in the locked position, and the slide bar is locked so as not to move in the unlocking direction (see, for example, paragraph 0017 of Patent Document 1). In reality, the shape of the engagement hole differs depending on the angle at which the slide bar and the crank intersect when unlocking and the angle at which the slide bar intersects when locked, and it is necessary to design each time. In any case, if the connection pin enters the dead point, a large force is required to escape from the dead point, so that the engagement hole is generally made into a roughly heart-shaped shape so that it can be escaped without difficulty. However, even so, during the unlocking operation, a large force is required to rotate the operating handle, or the rotation operation gets stuck, making it difficult to operate smoothly. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2018-104947 A (paragraph 0015, Figure 1) Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] To provide a locking device for a door, which can lock or unlock a door by moving a slide bar with an operating handle to engage or disengage a lock pin and a locking piece, and which can prevent the slide bar from moving by itself even if a hand is released from the operating handle, and can be smoothly operated without requiring a special shape for an engagement hole provided in a crank rotated by the operating handle. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] According to the present invention, a locking device for a shoji screen is provided in which a slide bar attached along the window frame is moved in a linear reciprocating manner by an operating handle, and a lock pin or engaging piece attached to the slide bar engages with and disengages from an engaging piece or lock pin attached to the shoji screen to lock or unlock the screen, wherein the slide bar is inserted into a slide guide, and the slide guide is equipped with a resin guide made of synthetic resin that contacts the slide bar with an elastic frictional action.
[0007] The slide guide has a guide cover and a resin guide, and the resin guide is composed of a synthetic resin plate-like body that protrudes toward the side of the slide bar so as to contact the side of the slide bar with elastic frictional action, and the above-mentioned locking device for the shoji screen is provided in which the resin guide is fixed to the inner surface of a metal guide cover.
[0008] The slide guide is formed from a resin material, and the inner surface that contacts the slide bar is formed as a resin guide that contacts the side of the slide bar with elastic frictional action, thereby providing a locking device for the above-mentioned shoji screen.
[0009] Furthermore, according to the present invention, there is provided a locking device for a shoji screen in which a slide bar provided along the window frame is moved in a linear reciprocating manner by an operating handle, and a lock pin or engagement piece provided on the slide bar engages with and disengages from an engagement piece or lock pin provided on the shoji screen to lock or unlock the screen. The locking device for a shoji screen is characterized in that an elastic resin guide having a sliding contact protrusion at the tip is provided on the slide guide or slide bar that guides the movement of the slide bar, and the sliding contact protrusion is brought into contact with the slide bar or slide guide with an elastic frictional action. Preferably, the locking device for a shoji screen is provided such that an engagement groove is provided on the slide bar or slide guide at a predetermined position, into which the sliding contact protrusion fits when the slide bar is in the locked position and when it is in the unlocked position.
[0010] Furthermore, according to the present invention, there is provided a locking device for a window screen in which a slide bar provided along the window frame is moved in a linear reciprocating manner by an operating handle, and a lock pin or engaging piece provided on the slide bar engages with and disengages from an engaging piece or lock pin provided on the window screen to lock or unlock the screen, in which a friction generating device having spring properties is provided near the moving end of the slide bar in the locking direction to elastically hold the slide bar. Effect of the Invention
[0011] The present invention is configured as described above, and since the slide guide is provided with a resin guide that comes into elastic frictional contact with the side surface of the slide bar, the movement of the slide bar can be frictionally restrained, and the slide bar will not fall under its own weight or move on its own even if the operating handle is released, thereby reducing the occurrence of collision noise and breakdowns. Therefore, since the slide bar can be held in the locked position, the shape of the engagement hole of the crank that engages with the connecting pin of the slide bar does not need to be a special shape as in the conventional case, and can be formed into a shape such as an approximately ellipse, making the structure simple and the design of the engagement hole easy.
[0012] Furthermore, if the resin guide is formed into a resin plate-like body that protrudes toward the side of the slide bar so as to contact the side of the slide bar with elastic friction, and this is fixed to the inner surface of a metal guide cover to form a slide guide, the strength of the slide guide can be maintained and the slide bar can be guided in a stable state.
[0013] Furthermore, if the slide guide itself is made of a synthetic resin material so that the inner surface of the slide guide that comes into contact with the slide bar comes into contact with the side of the slide bar with elastic friction, the inner surface becomes a resin guide that provides a frictional restraining force to the movement of the slide bar, which can be manufactured easily and economically.
[0014] If an elastic resin guide having a sliding protrusion at its tip is provided on the slide guide or slide bar and this resin guide is brought into contact with the slide bar or slide guide by elastic friction, a frictional restraining force can be applied to the movement of the slide bar, and if an engagement groove is provided at a predetermined position, for example at the locked position, so that the sliding protrusion fits in, the slide bar can be securely held in the locked position and prevented from falling under its own weight. Also, if an engagement groove is provided at the unlocked position so that the sliding protrusion fits in, the slide bar can be held in the unlocked position.
[0015] In addition, in a door locking device in which a slide bar attached along the window frame is moved back and forth in a straight line by an operating handle, and a lock pin or engaging piece attached to the slide bar engages with and disengages from an engaging piece or lock pin attached to the door to lock and unlock the door, if a friction generating device having spring properties is provided near the moving end of the slide bar in the locking direction to elastically hold the slide bar, the slide bar can be held in position at the moving end in the locking direction by elastic frictional action, and since it can be incorporated into existing slide bars, it can be retrofitted and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0017] The locking device for a shoji screen according to the present invention is configured such that a slide bar 2 is movably mounted on a window frame provided corresponding to the shoji screen 1, and is linearly reciprocated via a crank 4 of an operating handle 3, so that a lock pin 5 or a locking piece 6 provided on the slide bar 2 engages with and disengages from a locking piece 6 or a lock pin 5 provided on the shoji screen 1 to lock or unlock the screen. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the lock pin 5 is fixed to the slide bar 2, and the locking piece 6 is fixed to the shoji screen 1. The locking piece 6 has a hook portion 8 having a receiving groove 7 that opens toward the lock pin 5, and the lock pin 5 is in a position to enter the opening of the hook portion 8 when the shoji screen is closed. Then, when the slide bar 2 is moved in the closed position in the direction in which the lock pin 5 enters the receiving groove 7 of the hook portion 8, upward in FIG. 1, the locking piece 6 and the lock pin 5 engage with each other, and the shoji screen 1 can be locked. When the slide bar 2 is moved in the opposite direction, downward in Fig. 1, the lock pin 5 returns to the opening of the hook portion 8 and reaches the unlocked position, allowing the door screen to be opened. Depending on the direction in which the receiving groove 7 of the hook portion 8 of the locking piece 6 extends, the slide bar can be lowered to lock or raised to unlock. The slide bar 2 reciprocates linearly, guided by a slide guide 9. Although one slide guide is shown in Fig. 1, multiple slide guides are provided depending on the length of the slide bar.
[0018] The slide bar 2 is made of a metal material such as aluminum, and as shown in the explanatory diagram of FIG. 2(C), has side edges 10 extending to both sides, a space 11 extending between the side edges 10, and a top surface 13 connecting the both side edges 10 via a rising surface 12 above the space 11, and is formed in a generally edged slat shape in cross section. A connection pin 14 is fixed to one end of the slide bar 2, and an engagement hole 15 provided in the crank 4 is engaged with the connection pin 14, and the crank 4 is rotated by the operating handle 3 as described above. A long groove 16 is formed in the top surface 13, and a guide pin 17 provided in the slide guide 9 is inserted into the long groove 16. The lock pin 5 is provided on the slide bar 2 so as to protrude from an opening 19 provided in a flat surface 18 of the slide guide 9. 2(A) and (B), the lock pin 5 is fixed to a lock pin base 20, the lock pin base 20 is placed on the top surface 13 of the slide bar, a sliding block 21 is placed in the space 11 on the back side of the slide bar 2, a block mounting shaft 22 connected to the lock pin 5 is inserted and fixed to integrate the lock pin 5 and the sliding block 21, and the lock pin base 20 is fixed to the slide bar 2 by a fastener 23 such as a screw and a nut. Various methods can be used to fix the connection pin 14 and the lock pin 5 to the slide bar 2. A synthetic resin collar 45 is attached to the outer periphery of the lock pin 5 to prevent metal-to-metal sliding contact with the locking piece 6. The sliding block 21 is made of a synthetic resin material so as to protrude slightly below the lower surface of the side edge 10 of the slide bar 2, and holds the slide bar 2 slightly above the surface of the window frame so as not to directly slide against the window frame.
[0019] The slide guide 9 shown in Fig. 1 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section with both ends open, and is composed of a guide cover 24 made of metal such as aluminum material, and a resin guide 25 made of synthetic resin fixed to the inner surface of the guide cover 24. As shown in Fig. 3, the guide cover 24 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section with side walls 26 on both sides of the flat surface portion 18, and bent pieces 27 for preventing the resin guide 25 from falling off are formed at the top and bottom ends, and a hook hole 28 is formed at the end side of the side wall 26. The flat surface portion 18 is also formed with the opening 19 through which the lock pin 5 is inserted, and escape holes 29 are formed at both ends of the opening 19 so as not to cause any hindrance to the movement of the lock pin 5 and the stopper 23, and mounting holes 30 are formed in the top and bottom directions of the opening for fixing the slide guide 9 to a window frame through screws (not shown).
[0020] 4 and the like, the resin guide 25 is formed as a plate-like body from a synthetic resin material such as polyacetal resin, and at the end side, a mounting portion 31 is formed in a shape that is approximately inscribed inside the flat surface portion 18 and the side wall 26 of the guide cover 24, and the guide pin 17 is protruded from the mounting portion 31, and a hole 32 that communicates with the mounting hole 30 of the guide cover 24 is formed. The middle of the mounting portions 31 at both ends is opened so that the lock pin 5 protrudes outward through the opening 19, and on both sides of the opening, a sliding surface 33 is formed along the side wall 26 of the guide cover 24 along which the edge of the lock pin base 20 can slide or come into sliding contact. A space is formed between the sliding surface 33 and the inner surface of the flat surface portion 18 of the guide cover 24 in which the lock pin base 20 can freely move. On both sides of the sliding surface, the guide pin 5 is provided by surrounding the rising surface 12 and the side edge portion 10 of the slide bar 2. cover The lock pin base 20 has an action portion 34 extending along the side wall 26 of the slide bar 24. The height of the upright surface 12 is determined so that the sliding surface 33 is not tightly pinched between the lock pin base 20 and the top surface 13 of the slide bar 2 when the lock pin base 20 and the sliding block 21 are connected.
[0021] A hook claw 35 is formed on the side surface of the resin guide 25 at a position corresponding to the hook hole 28 formed in the guide cover 24, and the hook claw 35 is connected to the edge of the mounting portion 31 via an inclined surface 36 so as to easily engage with the hook hole 28 while sliding when the resin guide 25 is attached into the guide cover from the back side of the guide cover 24. Also, a substantially rectangular pressure contact projection 37 is formed adjacent to the hook claw 35 on the middle side of the resin guide 25. The pressure contact projection 37 is formed on the outer surface of the operating portion 34 so as to protrude slightly less than the hook claw 35. When the resin guide 25 is attached to the guide cover 24, the latching claws 35 come into contact with the side wall 26 of the guide cover 24 and are pressed inward, causing the acting portion 34 of the resin guide 25 to deform, i.e., bend, inward, and the pressure contact projections 37 move over the edge of the side wall 26 of the guide cover 24 and enter inside, so that they are positioned inside the side wall without getting caught on the side wall 26. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the latching claws and pressure contact projections are provided in a total of four locations, but any number of these may be provided at any appropriate locations.
[0022] When the resin guide 25 is attached to the guide cover 24 as described above, the latching claws 35 enter the latching holes 28 of the guide cover 24, and the resin guide 25 is securely fixed to the guide cover 24. At this time, the pressure contact projections 37 abut against the inside of the side walls 26 of the guide cover 24, so that the action parts 34 of the resin guide 25 elastically bend in the direction of the imaginary center line of the resin guide 25 (inward). Therefore, the slide bar 2 located between the action parts 34 comes into contact with the action parts 34 with an elastic frictional effect.
[0023] As described above, by fixing the resin guide 25 to the inner surface of the guide cover 24, the action parts 34 of the resin guide 25 bend and flex inward from both sides of the resin guide 25 as shown in Fig. 5, so that an elastic frictional action is applied to the side surface of the slide bar 2 sandwiched between the action parts 34, and a frictional restraining force is applied to the movement of the slide bar 2. Therefore, even if the operating handle 3 is released, the slide bar 2 can be prevented from falling under its own weight or moving on its own.
[0024] In the above embodiment, the lock pin 5 is provided on the slide bar 2, the engagement piece 6 is provided on the screen 1, and the slide bar 2 moves below the flat surface of the slide guide 9, i.e., inside the slide guide 9. However, the engagement piece 6 can also be provided on the slide bar 2, and the slide bar 2 can be configured to be located above the flat surface of the slide guide 9. Furthermore, the slide guide is composed of a guide cover and a synthetic resin plate-shaped resin guide fixed to the guide cover, but the slide guide itself can also be made of synthetic resin. Figure 6 shows such an embodiment, in which the slide bar 2 has a connection pin 14 and a long groove 16, and an engagement piece 6 having a cross section of an approximately L-shape with a receiving groove 7 and a hook portion 8 is fixed by a screw 38. A lock pin (not shown) that can engage with the engagement piece 6 is provided on the screen side (not shown). A stepped guide pin 39 fixed to the window frame is inserted into the long groove 16, the slide bar 2 slides on the stepped surface of the guide pin 39, and slide guides 41 having side walls 40 are formed on both sides of the guide pin 39 so as to surround both sides of the slide bar 2. The slide guide 41 is entirely made of a synthetic resin material, and the middle part of the side wall 40 is curved inward compared to both ends, i.e., in the direction of the imaginary center line, and a resin guide 42 that can clamp the slide bar is formed.
[0025] With the above-described configuration, as shown in FIG. 7, the slide bar 2 sandwiched between the side walls 40 is clamped by the resin guide 42 and contacts the resin guide with elastic friction, thereby frictionally restricting the movement of the slide bar 2 and preventing it from dropping or moving under its own weight.
[0026] In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the side wall of the synthetic resin slide guide 41 is curved to form a resin guide 42 that applies a frictional restraining force to the movement of the slide bar 2, but the slide guide 41 can also be formed with a springy side wall and part of it can be made into a resin guide. FIG. 8 shows such an embodiment, and a sliding contact protrusion 47 is formed at the tip of a synthetic resin guide 46 that is springy and formed on the slide guide 41, so that it contacts the side of the slide bar 2 with an elastic frictional effect. Preferably, a locking groove 48 is provided on the slide bar 2 at a predetermined position, for example, in the locking direction so that the sliding contact protrusion 47 fits in when the slide bar is in the locked position. This allows elastic frictional effect to be applied during the movement of the slide bar 2, and the sliding contact protrusion 47 fits in the locking groove 48 when the slide bar is locked, so that the slide bar 2 can be reliably held in the locked position and the slide bar can be prevented from falling due to its own weight. Note that a locking groove 49 may also be provided on the unlocking direction side so that the sliding contact protrusion 47 fits in when the slide bar is in the unlocked position. In addition, a sliding protrusion may be provided on only one side, side a or b, of Figure 8, on the slide guide and an engagement groove may be formed in the slide bar, or a sliding protrusion may be provided on the slide bar, and its tip may come into contact with the slide guide by elastic frictional action to provide a frictional restraining force to the movement of the slide bar (not shown).
[0027] It is also possible to provide a frictional restraining force to the movement of the slide bar without providing the resin guide 25 or the like to the slide guide 2. To achieve this, a friction generating device having spring properties is provided near the moving end of the slide bar in the locking direction to elastically hold the slide bar 2, and elastic friction is applied to the slide bar. As the friction generating device, a catcher having spring properties is formed from a metal material or a synthetic resin material, and for example, as shown in FIG. 9, a spring-like, approximately arc-shaped pressure contact piece 43 is fixed to the side near the moving end of the slide bar 2 in the locking direction, and is brought into elastic contact with the top surface 13 of the slide bar 2. Also, as shown in FIG. 10, a spring-like, approximately arc-shaped pressure contact piece 44 is fixed from the locking direction of the slide bar 2 to the longitudinal direction of the slide bar, and its tip is brought into elastic contact with the top surface 13 of the slide bar 2. In this way, when the slide bar approaches the locked position, the pressure contact pieces 43, 44 elastically press the slide bar 2, providing a frictional restraining force to the movement of the slide bar, preventing the slide bar from dropping under its own weight or moving on its own.
