Abstract
Modified immunoglobulins with altered half-lives for use in antibody-mediated therapy are provided. [Solution] Provided is an immunoglobulin comprising a mutant IgG Fc region, wherein the mutant IgG Fc region contains (a) arginine at amino acid residue position 311, (b) glutamic acid or aspartic acid at amino acid residue position 428, and (c) tryptophan at amino acid residue position 434, and the numbering of amino acid residues is according to the EU index.
