Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a sheet-type cosmetic material impregnated with a base. [Background technology]

[0002] Skin cosmetics containing whitening agents are widely known, and for example, Patent Document 1 describes a skin cosmetic containing tranexamic acid and ascorbic acid glucoside. Patent Document 2 describes a gel composition containing L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, kojic acid, ellagic acid, hydroquinone β-D-glucoside, 4-n-butylresorcinol, 5,5'-dipropylbiphenyl-2,2'-diol, tranexamic acid cetyl hydrochloride, trans-4-(aminomethyl)cyclohexanecarboxylic acid, nicotinamide, and 4-methoxysalicylic acid potassium salt.

[0003] On the other hand, sheet-type cosmetics such as masks in which a cosmetic is impregnated into a nonwoven fabric are known. For example, Patent Document 3 describes a sheet-type cosmetic that contains, as active ingredients, whitening ingredients such as tranexamic acid and potassium 4-methoxysalicylate, anti-inflammatory ingredients, and moisturizing ingredients, and also contains Alcaligenes-producing polysaccharides. [0004] [Patent Document 1] International Publication No. 2019 / 093254 [Patent Document 2] JP 2019-14672 A [Patent Document 3] JP 2018-62484 A DISCLOSURE OF THEINVENTION [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] In sheet-type cosmetics in which a nonwoven fabric is impregnated with the above-mentioned cosmetic agent, there is a demand for the impregnated base to have a high viscosity in order to prevent dripping when placed on the skin. However, so-called salt-type whitening agents such as 4-methoxysalicylate reduce the viscosity of thickeners commonly used in cosmetics, so there has not been a sheet-type cosmetic that contains a salt-type whitening agent and has high adhesion to the skin without dripping.

[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and has an object to provide a sheet-type cosmetic preparation which can contain a salt-type whitening agent without reducing the viscosity of the base, which does not drip when applied to the skin, which has an excellent bouncy feel after the sheet is peeled off, and which does not feel sticky after being peeled off despite having high adhesion to the skin. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The sheet-type cosmetic preparation of the present invention comprises: at least, (A) a hydrophobically modified polyether urethane; (B) a salt-type whitening agent; The nonwoven fabric is impregnated with a base material containing the above.

[0008] (B) The salt-type whitening agent is preferably 4-methoxysalicylic acid potassium salt or ascorbic acid glucoside.

[0009] The mass ratio of (A) hydrophobically modified polyether urethane to (B) salt-type whitening agent is preferably 0.2-1.

[0010] It is preferable that the composition further contains a carboxyvinyl polymer (C).

[0011] It is preferable that the composition further contains (D) at least one of polyoxyethylene fatty acid glyceryl and polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil.

[0012] It is preferable that the composition further contains (E) isostearic acid.

[0013] (A) The hydrophobically modified polyether urethane is preferably a (PEG-240 / Decyltetradeceth-20 / HDI) copolymer.

[0014] (D) The polyoxyethylene fatty acid glyceryl is preferably PEG-20 glyceryl (mono)isostearate.

[0016] Furthermore, it is preferable that (F) diglycerin is contained in an amount of 0.2 to 4% by mass based on the total amount of the base.

[0017] Furthermore, (G) the kinetic viscosity at 25°C is 50mm 2 It is preferable that dimethicone of 2 to 5 mass % or more is contained relative to the total amount of the base.

[0018] The nonwoven fabric preferably contains polyester-based fibers and cellulosic fibers. Effect of the Invention

[0019] The sheet-type cosmetic preparation of the present invention comprises: (A) a hydrophobically modified polyether urethane; (B) a salt-type whitening agent; Since the nonwoven fabric is impregnated with a base containing the above, the salt-type whitening agent can be contained without reducing the viscosity of the base, the sheet does not drip when applied to the skin, has an excellent bouncy feel after being peeled off, and is not sticky after being peeled off despite the sheet having high adhesion to the skin.

By blending (D) higher fatty acid at 0.01 mass% or more, the sheet can be made to adhere better to the skin without being sticky. Also, by blending at 3 mass% or less, the skin can be made not to feel sticky after peeling off the sheet.

[0072] When the (E) higher fatty acid is isostearic acid, the mass ratio of isostearic acid to (A) hydrophobically modified polyether urethane is preferably 0.3 to 1.6. When the mass ratio of isostearic acid to (A) hydrophobically modified polyether urethane is 0.3 or more, the sheet adheres better to the skin and is less sticky after peeling. When the mass ratio is 1.6 or less, the sheet is less sticky after peeling.

[0073] (F) Diglycerin The base of the present invention may contain (F) diglycerin, which is a polyhydric alcohol having three or more hydroxyl groups in one molecule, in an amount of 0.2 to 4% by mass based on the total amount of the base. By containing (F) diglycerin in an amount of 0.2 to 4% by mass based on the total amount of the base, the sheet can adhere better to the skin and be less sticky after being peeled off.

[0074] (G) Kinematic viscosity at 25°C is 50mm 2 Dimethicone / s or higher The base of the present invention has a kinetic viscosity of 50 mm at 25° C. 2The base may contain 2 to 5% by mass of dimethicone having a molecular weight of 100 to 1500 mg / s or more based on the total amount of the base. By making the blending amount of component (G) within the range of 2 to 5% by mass based on the total amount of the base, the sheet can adhere better to the skin and be less sticky after peeling off.

[0075] The sheet-like cosmetic of the present invention is obtained by impregnating a nonwoven fabric with the above-mentioned base. The nonwoven fabric to be impregnated is not particularly limited, but may be a single layer or a laminate of single fibers or mixed fibers selected from natural fibers, regenerated fibers, and synthetic fibers. In particular, mixed fibers of polyester fibers and cellulose fibers are preferred, and mixed fibers of cotton, pulp, and polyethylene terephthalate are more preferred.

[0076] The thickness of the sheet is not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected depending on the purpose. When the sheet is a nonwoven fabric, the thickness is preferably 0.1 to 10 mm, more preferably 0.1 to 5 mm. The basis weight is 10 to 100 g / m 2 is preferable, and 30 to 80 g / m 2 More preferably, the weight is 10 g / m 2 If it is more than 100g / m, it will not break during use and 2 By keeping the above amount, it is possible to suppress the increase in costs.

[0077] The shape of the sheet is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a square, a rectangle, an ellipse, a circle, a heart, a semicircle, a semi-ellipse, a trapezoid, a face shape, and the like. One or more sheets are used as is or folded, and the base is impregnated into the sheet. The amount of the base impregnated into the nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited, but is appropriately adjusted according to the characteristics of the nonwoven fabric and the base, and the amount of impregnation is preferably 1.5 to 25 times the mass of the nonwoven fabric.

[0078] It is preferable that the sheet impregnated with the base is immediately enclosed in an airtight container, and it is more preferable to seal it in an airtight bag that does not transmit light, such as an aluminum laminate package or a package whose inside is coated with polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

[0109] [Table 2]

[0110] [Table 3]

[0111] The sheet-type cosmetic preparations of Examples 1 and 2 shown in Table 1 did not drip when applied to the skin, had good sheet adhesion, and had an excellent bouncy feel after the sheet was peeled off. On the other hand, the sheet-type cosmetic preparations of Comparative Examples 1 and 2, which did not contain (A) hydrophobically modified polyether urethane, showed significant dripping when applied to the skin, and did not provide adhesion or a bouncy feel after the sheet was peeled off. Examples 3 and 4 contain ascorbic acid glucoside as a salt-type whitening agent, but like Examples 1 and 2, did not drip when applied to the skin, had good sheet adhesion, and had an excellent bouncy feel after the sheet was peeled off. On the other hand, the sheet-type cosmetic preparation of Comparative Example 3, which did not contain (A) hydrophobically modified polyether urethane, showed significant dripping when applied to the skin, and did not provide adhesion or a bouncy feel after the sheet was peeled off.

[0112] Examples 5 to 8 shown in Table 2 are examples in which isostearic acid was further added to the formulation of Example 1, and Examples 9 and 10 are examples in which the amount of (A) hydrophobically modified polyether urethane was reduced, but all of them did not drip when applied to the skin, had an excellent bouncy feeling after peeling off the sheet, and did not feel sticky after peeling off despite the high adhesion of the sheet. In addition, since the static viscosity was high but the kinetic viscosity was low, it was possible to make the skin not sticky after peeling off the sheet.

[0113] In Table 3, Example 11 is an example in which the amount of the activator was reduced, Examples 12 and 13 are examples in which polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil was added, and Example 14 is an example in which the kinetic viscosity was 50 mm 2 Example 13 is an example where dimethicone of 100% or more was added, Example 15 is an example where diglycerin was added, and Example 16 is an example where dipropylene glycol was added. These also did not drip when applied to the skin, had an excellent bouncy feeling after the sheet was removed, and did not feel sticky after being peeled off despite the high adhesion of the sheet.
