To appropriately maintain an automatic driving system when maintenance with cooperative operation between the automatic driving system and a vehicle platform is performed.SOLUTION: A vehicle server 7 sets a maintenance schedule for a vehicle 1 which has an automatic driving system (ADK) 2 installed in a vehicle platform (VP) 3 thereof. The vehicle server 7 comprises a processor 71 and a memory 72 storing therein a program which can be run by the processor 71. When maintenance with cooperative operation between the ADK 2 and the VP 3 is performed, the processor 71 sets the maintenance schedule so that maintenance of the VP 3 is to be performed before maintenance of the ADK 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
