Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an end processing structure for a partition panel for appropriately connecting one end of the partition panel to a wall surface of a building when constructing a partition on an office floor or the like. [Background technology]

[0002] When a partition panel that separates an indoor space such as an office floor is connected at one end to a wall of a building, it is preferable to achieve as good airtightness and soundproofing as possible at the connection part, and end processing structures for partition panels have been proposed for this purpose (for example, Patent Document 1).

[0003] In the conventional end processing structure, a pair of sealing members with a quarter-circular cross section is attached to the front and rear side end faces of the partition panel on the wall side, and each sealing member is arranged in a direction in which the free ends approach each other. Each sealing member achieves good sealing by pressing the free end against the wall surface and elastically deforming it, and it is said that it is possible to ensure sufficient airtightness and sound insulation. Each sealing member may be attached to a rectangular column-shaped spacing adjustment member provided on the side end face on the wall side of the partition panel. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2008-255736 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] In the case of such a conventional technique, the sealing members are elastically deformed by contacting their free ends with the wall surface of the building, so if the wall surface is uneven or tilted from the vertical, the sealing performance is impaired, and sufficient airtightness and sound insulation may not be obtained. Furthermore, it is not always practical to finish the wall surface of a building to a high degree of smoothness like the surface of a steel plate, for example, or to finish it with strict high precision in the vertical direction.

[0006] Therefore, in consideration of the problems of the conventional technology, the object of the present invention is to provide an end processing structure for a partition panel which can easily achieve good sealing properties, sufficient airtightness, and soundproofing by bringing a sealing material into contact with a vertical member fixed to a wall surface and causing it to elastically deform. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The configuration of the present invention to achieve this purpose comprises a channel-shaped vertical member to be fixed to the wall surface of a building, a pair of front and rear cover members to be fixed to the posts at the wall side ends of the partition panel, and a pair of front and rear sealing materials to be attached inwardly to the tips of the cover members, each cover member having a regulating portion corresponding to the front or rear side of the post and a fixing portion to be screwed to the wall side of the post, and the sealing materials are each pressed against the outer surface of the vertical member.

[0008] In addition, each cover member can be provided with a main body portion that protrudes toward the wall surface parallel to the regulating portion at a predetermined interval and forms an inward storage portion for the sealing material at its tip, and the regulating portion can be formed with a protrusion for position regulation.

[0009] The vertical member may also house a cushioning sound absorbing material, which may be pressed against a cover member on the support pillar. Effect of the Invention

[0010] According to the configuration of the invention, the pair of front and rear sealing materials are pressed against the outer surface (referring to the outer surface of each side wall, the same applies below) of the vertical member on the wall surface of the building, respectively, and seal between the cover member to which the sealing material is attached and the vertical member, thereby easily and reliably realizing good sealing properties, necessary and sufficient airtightness, and sound insulation. The vertical member may be formed, for example, by bending a thin steel plate into a channel shape, and its outer surface is generally much smoother than the wall surface of the building. Furthermore, the sealing performance of the front and rear sealing materials does not vary depending on the contact position on the outer surface of the channel-shaped vertical member, and even if the wall surface is inclined from the vertical direction, it is not affected by this and can maintain the predetermined sealing properties, airtightness, and sound insulation properties. Furthermore, the front and rear cover members can be separated in the thickness direction of the partition panel, and even if the expected dimensions of the partition panel and the support pillars become large, it can be easily accommodated without changing the shape. However, the front and rear opening widths of the vertical members are related to the expected dimensions of the support pillars.

[0011] The cover member, which has a restricting portion, a fixing portion, and a main body portion, is positioned on the front or rear side of the support by the restricting portion and fixed to the wall side of the support via the fixing portion, thereby holding the sealant inside the storage section of the tip of the main body portion that protrudes toward the wall side parallel to the restricting portion facing inward, and can neatly conceal the restricting portion, the fixing portion, the vertical members on the wall, and each part of the support, etc. Also, the assembly work of the cover material that uses the restricting portion and the fixing portion is extremely simple and does not require special skill.

[0012] If a position regulating protrusion is formed on the regulating portion, the positioning of the cover member can be made easier and more accurate.

[0013] The cushioning sound-absorbing material housed in the vertical members contributes to improved sound insulation. If the sound-absorbing material is pressed against the cover member on the support pillar, even better sound insulation can be achieved. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Figure 6] FIG. 1 (2) shows another embodiment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0015] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0016] The end processing structure of the partition panel comprises a vertical member 11 fixed to the wall surface W of a building, a pair of front and rear cover members 12, 12 fixed to the supports S at the ends of the partition panels P, P, and a pair of front and rear seal materials 13, 13 attached to the tip of each cover member 12 (Fig. 1). However, in Fig. 1, the partition panels P, P, the supports S, the vertical member 11, each cover member 12, and each seal material 13 are each continuous in the vertical direction of the paper. In the following explanation, the upper and lower sides of Fig. 1 are referred to as the front side and rear side, respectively, and the left side is referred to as the wall side.

[0017] Each of the partition panels P, P is constructed by attaching a backing material P2 of gypsum board to the back side of the surface plate P1. On the other hand, on the side of the partition panels P, P opposite to the wall side of the rectangular pillar-shaped support S, a plurality of fastening fittings H, H are attached in the vertical direction (Figs. 1 and 2). Each fastening fitting H has an attachment leg H1, H1 for fastening to a vertically long hole S1, S1 formed in the support S, and an upward hook H2, H2 protruding from the front side and rear side of the support S. Each of the partition panels P is attached to the front side or rear side of the support S by inserting and fastening the hook H2 of each fastening fitting H into a vertically long hole (not shown) on a fastening portion P3 formed by bending the side end of the surface plate P1 to the back side (Fig. 1). The partition panel P can cover half of the front or rear side of the support pillar S via the surface plate P1.

[0018] The vertical member 11 is formed, for example, by bending a thin steel plate into a channel shape. The vertical member 11 is fixed to the wall surface W via an anchor bolt 11a on the bottom surface. The opening width a of the vertical member 11 is approximately equal to the expected dimension b of the front and rear sides of the support column S.

[0019] The cover member 12 is made of, for example, an extruded aluminum material, and includes a restricting portion 12a, a fixing portion 12b, and a main body portion 12c (FIGS. 1 and 3). The fixing portion 12b is formed by bending at a right angle from one end of the restricting portion 12a, and the main body portion 12c is formed by folding back parallel to the restricting portion 12a via a step portion 12d that is bent from the other end of the restricting portion 12a in the opposite direction to the fixing portion 12b, and protruding sufficiently longer than the restricting portion 12a at a predetermined distance c from the restricting portion 12a. In addition, an inward storage portion 12e for the seal material 13 is formed at the tip of the main body portion 12c via inward long and short ribs 12e1 and 12e2, a pair of parallel protrusions 12f, 12f of the same height for position restriction is formed inward, and a guide groove 12b1, 12b1 for a set screw is formed in the fixing portion 12b.

[0020] The cover member 12 can be fixed to the support pillar S with the restricting portion 12a corresponding to the front or rear side of the support pillar S and the fixing portion 12b corresponding to the wall surface side. That is, the restricting portion 12a is accurately positioned by abutting the position restricting protrusions 12f, 12f against the surface of the support pillar S, and the fixing portion 12b is screwed to the support pillar S via the screw 12g. The main body portion 12c of each cover member 12 on the support pillar S forms approximately the same surface with the corresponding partition panel P via a predetermined joint d.

[0021] The seal material 13 has a seal portion 13a having a substantially cylindrical cross section and a mounting portion 13b having a substantially square cross section attached thereto. A pair of fin-shaped mounting pieces 13c, 13c... are formed symmetrically on the left and right sides of the mounting portion 13b. The seal portion 13a elastically deforms appropriately when pressed toward the mounting portion 13b, and the mounting pieces 13c, 13c... are inclined obliquely toward the seal portion 13a, and when the seal material 13 is pressed into the storage portion 12e of the cover member 12, they elastically deform appropriately and act as a retainer. The seal material 13 has the elasticity of the seal portion 13a, the mounting portion 13b, and each mounting piece 13c individually set appropriately, and is integrally molded from, for example, elastic rubber.

[0022] The sealing materials 13, 13 are elastically pressed against the outer surface of the vertical member 11 on the wall surface W and elastically deform, sealing between the vertical member 11 and the cover member 12 to achieve good sealing properties, sufficient airtightness, and sound insulation. The vertical member 11 contains a cushioning sound-absorbing material 14 such as sponge, and the sound-absorbing material 14 is pressed against the fixing parts 12b, 12b of the cover members 12, 12 on the support S.

[0023] The procedure for assembling such an end processing structure for a partition panel is, for example, as shown in FIG.

[0024] First, the sealing material 13 is stored in the storage portion 12e of each cover member 12 (FIG. 4(A)), and the fixing portion 12b is moved along the wall surface side of the support column S (in the direction of the arrows in the figure), and the protrusions 12f, 12f of the regulating portion 12a are pressed against the surface of the support column S to be positioned (FIG. 4(B)). After that, the fixing portion 12b is screwed in with the screw 12g to fix the cover member 12 to the wall surface side of the support column S (FIG. 4(B)). Next, the cover members 12, 12 with the sealing materials 13, 13 and the support column S are moved as a whole toward the wall surface W (in the direction of the arrows in FIG. 4(C)), and the sealing materials 13, 13 are fitted to the vertical member 11 on the wall surface W while being elastically deformed, and pressed against the outer surface, and the support column S is fixed vertically between the floor rail and the ceiling rail (not shown), completing the sealing between the cover members 12, 12 and the vertical member 11 by the sealing materials 13, 13. Furthermore, partition panels P, P are then connected to the support pillars S.

[0025] Even if the gap D between the wall surface W and the ends of the cover members 12, 12 fluctuates, the sealing materials 13, 13 can maintain their sealing performance as long as they do not come off the outer surface of the vertical member 11, so there is no problem even if the wall surface W is slightly tilted from the vertical direction. Note that the sound-absorbing material 14 inside the vertical member 11 is not shown in Figure 4(C). The sound-absorbing material 14 is stored and attached in advance in the vertical member 11 before the sealing materials 13, 13 are fitted to the vertical member 11.

[0026] The end processing structure of the partition panel is symmetrical with respect to the center line Lp of the partition panels P, P (Fig. 1), and the front and rear cover members 12, 12 are formed to be the same shape as each other. Therefore, the cover members 12, 12 of the same shape can be used even if the overall projected dimension of the partition panels P, P becomes large, and the projected dimension b of the support column S and the opening width a of the vertical member 11 become large (Fig. 5). In addition, two support columns S can be used in parallel (Fig. 6), and in this case, the cover members 12, 12 of the same shape can be used. However, in Fig. 6, the joint d between the cover member 12 and the partition panel P is formed wider than the joint d in Fig. 1 by shortening the hook portion P3 of the partition panel P. In addition, the hook H2 on the center line Lp side of each hook fitting H is cut off, and the opening width a of the vertical member 11 is approximately equal to the total projected dimension b of the support columns S, S. 5 and 6, the sound absorbing material 14 may also be pressed against the wall surface of the support pillar S.

[0027] In the above description, each sealing material 13 is illustrated in its shape before elastic deformation for convenience. The sound absorbing material 14 in the vertical member 11 may be omitted. Furthermore, the partition panels P, P may be changed to any other type of panel, such as a wood panel or a glass panel. [Industrial Applicability]

[0028] This invention can easily achieve good sealing properties, sufficient airtightness, and soundproofing when connecting one end of a partition panel to a wall of a building, and can be widely and suitably applied to partitions for dividing any indoor space, such as an office floor.
