[Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2004-320616 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] In Patent Document 1, the aforementioned storage section is provided so as to protrude from the opening of the inner panel into the space between the outer panel and the inner panel. Generally, mechanisms such as a window glass lifting mechanism and a door lock mechanism are disposed between the outer panel and the inner panel. Therefore, in the structure described in Patent Document 1, the storage section gets in the way when assembling the mechanisms, complicating the assembly of the door, which results in a problem of high costs.

[0006] In consideration of the above circumstances, one aspect of the present disclosure aims to reduce the cost of a vehicle door having a speaker unit. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] A vehicle door according to a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure comprises an outer panel facing the exterior of a vehicle, a door trim arranged on the passenger compartment side, an inner panel arranged between the outer panel and the door trim and having a first opening, and a speaker unit arranged in the first opening and having a diaphragm, the diaphragm having a first surface and a second surface facing in the opposite direction to the first surface, a first space sealed by using the first surface as part of a wall surface is provided between the inner panel and the door trim, the first space is used as an enclosure for the speaker unit, a second space for propagating sound from the second surface is provided between the outer panel and the inner panel, and the inner panel has a second opening for releasing sound from the second space into the space within the passenger compartment.

[0008] A vehicle according to a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure includes the vehicle door of the above-mentioned embodiment. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Diagram 5] FIG. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a vehicle door according to a second embodiment. [Figure 6] FIG. 11 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a vehicle door according to a third embodiment. [Figure 7] 1 is a diagram showing a vehicle according to an embodiment; DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0010] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the dimensions and scale of each part in the drawings are appropriately different from the actual ones. In addition, the embodiment described below is a preferred specific example of the present disclosure. Therefore, various technically preferable limitations are attached to this embodiment. However, the scope of the present disclosure is not limited to these forms unless otherwise specified in the following description to limit the present disclosure.

[0011] 1. Vehicle doors 1-1. First embodiment 1-1a. Overview of vehicle doors FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a vehicle door 1 according to a first embodiment. The vehicle door 1 is a door used in a vehicle such as an automobile, and has a speaker function. In the following, one direction in the thickness direction of the vehicle door 1 may be referred to as the X1 direction, and the opposite direction to the X1 direction may be referred to as the X2 direction. Here, when the vehicle door 1 is used in a vehicle, the X1 direction is the direction from the outside of the vehicle toward the inside of the vehicle cabin, and the X2 direction is the direction from the inside of the vehicle cabin toward the outside of the vehicle.

[0012] Hereinafter, an outline of a vehicle door 1 will be described with reference to Fig. 1. As shown in Fig. 1, the vehicle door 1 includes an outer panel 2, a door trim 3, an inner panel 4, a speaker unit 5, and a packing 6. In the example shown in Fig. 1, a frame body 8 for a window glass 7 that is movable up and down is provided integrally with the outer panel 2 and the inner panel 4. Note that the frame body 8 may be omitted.

[0013] The outer panel 2, the inner panel 4, and the door trim 3 are arranged side by side in the X1 direction in this order. In this manner, the outer panel 2 faces the exterior of the vehicle, the door trim 3 is arranged on the passenger compartment side, and the inner panel 4 is arranged between the outer panel 2 and the door trim 3.

[0014] A space S10, which is an example of a "second space", is provided between the outer panel 2 and the inner panel 4. The space S10 is a space used as part of a propagation path that guides sound from the speaker unit 5 into the space of the vehicle interior, and propagates the sound from the speaker unit 5. Although not shown, for example, a window lifting mechanism for raising and lowering the window glass 7 and a door lock mechanism are disposed in the space S10.

[0015] A space S21, which is an example of a "first space", and a space S22, which is an example of a "third space", are provided between the door trim 3 and the inner panel 4. The space S21 is a sealed space using the speaker unit 5 as part of the wall surface, and is used as an enclosure 20 for the speaker unit 5. The space S22 is a space that does not communicate with the space S21, and is used as a propagation path that guides sound from the space S10 into the vehicle interior.

[0016] The inner panel 4 has an opening 4a which is an example of a "first opening", an opening 4b which is an example of a "second opening", and an opening 4c which is an example of a "third opening". The opening 4a is a hole for arranging the speaker unit 5. In this embodiment, the opening 4a is blocked by the speaker unit 5. The opening 4b is a hole communicating with each of the space S10 and the space S22. Therefore, the space S10 and the space S22 communicate with each other through the opening 4b. The opening 4c is communicating with the space S10, and is a hole used for, for example, an operation of arranging the above-mentioned lifting mechanism and door lock mechanism in the space S10 during an assembly operation related to the vehicle door 1.

[0017] The door trim 3 has an opening 3a which is an example of a "fourth opening". The opening 3a is a hole which communicates with the space S22 and the space in the vehicle interior. Therefore, the space S10 and the space S22 communicate with each other through the opening 3a.

[0018] 1, the door trim 3 is detachably attached to the inner panel 4 by a plurality of connecting members 9. Each connecting member 9 is, for example, a rivet or a clip made of resin. Each connecting member 9 has one end fixed to the door trim 3 and the other end inserted into a hole 4d of the inner panel 4.

[0019] The speaker unit 5 is disposed in the opening 4a of the inner panel 4. In the example shown in Fig. 1, the speaker unit 5 is attached to the inner panel 4 by screwing using a plurality of screws 10. Here, the inner panel 4 is provided with holes 4e into which the screws 10 fit.

[0020] The packing 6 is disposed between the door trim 3 and the inner panel 4. The packing 6 closes the gap between the door trim 3 and the inner panel 4 so that the space S21 is sealed.

[0021] As can be understood from the above, in the vehicle door 1, the sound emitted in the X2 direction from the speaker unit 5 is released into the space inside the vehicle cabin through the space S10, the opening 4b, the space S22, and the opening 3a in this order. Here, since the space S21 is sealed, the sound emitted in the X1 direction from the speaker unit 5 is prevented from being released into the space inside the vehicle cabin.

[0022] 1-1b. Vehicle door parts Hereinafter, each part of the vehicle door 1 will be described in detail with reference to Fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the vehicle door 1 according to the first embodiment. For convenience of explanation, Fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the vehicle door 1 passing through the openings 4a, 4b, and 4c in a simplified manner.

[0023] The vehicle door 1 shown in FIG. 2 includes the outer panel 2, the door trim 3, the inner panel 4, the speaker unit 5, and the packing 6, as described above.

[0024] Each of the outer panel 2 and the inner panel 4 is made of, for example, a steel plate. The outer panel 2 and the inner panel 4 are joined to each other by welding or the like. Note that each of the outer panel 2 and the inner panel 4 is not limited to being made of a steel plate, and may be made of, for example, an aluminum alloy or a carbon fiber composite material.

[0025] As described above, the inner panel 4 is provided with the openings 4a, 4b, and 4c. The positions, shapes and sizes of these openings in plan view are not particularly limited and may be any. However, from the viewpoint of making it easier to close the opening 4a with the speaker unit 5, it is preferable that the shape of the opening 4a in plan view is a circle or a polygonal shape similar thereto so as to fit the outer shape of the speaker unit 5.

[0026] The opening 4c may be closed by a sheet member made of a resin material, etc. The space S10 and the space S22 may communicate with each other through the opening 4c.

[0027] As described above, the space S22 communicating with the space S10 via the opening 4b is provided between the inner panel 4 and the door trim 3. As described above, the door trim 3 has the opening 3a for discharging the sound SN from the space S22 into the space in the vehicle cabin. Therefore, the sound SN from the opening 4b can be efficiently discharged into the space in the vehicle cabin.

[0028] The door trim 3 is made of, for example, resin. In the example shown in Fig. 1, the opening 3a is made of a plurality of holes. The opening 3a may be made of a single hole. The opening 3a may be covered with a mesh material such as a saran net.

[0029] Here, the opening 3a overlaps with the opening 4b when viewed in the X1 or X2 direction. Therefore, the sound SN from the opening 4b through the space S22 can be efficiently released into the space inside the vehicle cabin. Note that the opening 3a only needs to communicate with the opening 4b through the space S22, and does not need to overlap with the opening 4b when viewed in the X1 or X2 direction.

[0030] A wall portion 3b for forming the space S21 is provided on the surface of the door trim 3 facing the X2 direction, protruding in the X2 direction. The wall portion 3b surrounds the opening 4a and the speaker unit 5 when viewed in the X1 or X2 direction. The shape of the wall portion 3b when viewed in the X1 or X2 direction is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the shape is a shape that follows the outer edge of the opening 4a. In this case, it is prevented that an opening other than the opening 4a is located inside the wall portion 3b when viewed in the X1 or X2 direction. This makes it possible to simplify the configuration for sealing the space S21.

[0031] 2, the wall portion 3b is integral with the door trim 3. Therefore, the number of parts of the vehicle door 1 can be reduced compared to a configuration in which the wall portion 3b is separate from the door trim 3. Note that the wall portion 3b may be separate from the door trim 3. Furthermore, for example, when the wall portion 3b and the inner panel 4 can be directly attached to each other, the packing 6 may be omitted.

[0032] A packing 6 is disposed between the wall portion 3b and the inner panel 4. The packing 6 seals the gap between the wall portion 3b and the inner panel 4 in a state where it is elastically deformed between them. The packing 6 is an annular elastic member that fits along the entire circumference of the wall portion 3b, and is made of, for example, a rubber material or an elastomer material. The packing 6 may be made of a closed-cell foam.

[0033] In this way, the door trim 3 is integrated with at least a part of the enclosure 20. Therefore, compared to a configuration in which the enclosure 20 is separate from the door trim 3, etc., it is possible to reduce the number of parts and simplify assembly.

[0034] Here, the wall 3b constitutes a part of the enclosure 20. That is, the enclosure 20 has the wall 3b surrounding the speaker unit 5 when viewed in the vibration direction of the diaphragm 5a. This has the advantage that even if the inner panel 4 has an opening 4c other than the opening 4a, or even if there is a gap D between the inner panel 4 and the door trim 3 that leads to the space inside the vehicle cabin, the space S21 can be easily sealed.

[0035] In this embodiment, a gap D is formed between the door trim 3 and the inner panel 4. The gap D communicates with the space S22 and the space in the vehicle cabin. Therefore, the space S22 and the space in the vehicle cabin communicate with each other through the gap D. Therefore, the sound SN from the opening 4b can be efficiently released into the space in the vehicle cabin through the gap D. Therefore, the gap D can be said to be an example of a "fourth opening". Note that, when the opening 3a is provided in the door trim 3 as described above, the gap D may be blocked by a packing or the like made of rubber or elastomer. Also, when the space S22 and the space in the vehicle cabin communicate with each other through the gap D, the above-mentioned opening 3a may be omitted.

[0036] The speaker unit 5 is disposed in the opening 4a of the inner panel 4 so as to separate the space S10 from the space S21. The speaker unit 5 is an assembly of main components that convert an electrical sound signal representing sound into sound. The speaker unit 5 has a diaphragm 5a, a drive unit 5b, and a frame 5c.

[0037] The speaker unit 5 has a magnetic circuit 5b1 for driving the diaphragm 5a. The magnetic circuit 5b1 is disposed between the diaphragm 5a and the outer panel 2. This has the advantage that it is easier to increase the volume of the enclosure 20 compared to a configuration in which the magnetic circuit 5b1 is disposed between the diaphragm 5a and the door trim 3.

[0038] The diaphragm 5a is a vibrating body made of a sheet material, and emits sound by vibration. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the diaphragm 5a vibrates in the X1 direction or the X2 direction. The sheet material is obtained by, for example, hardening or solidifying a resin material impregnated into a fiber base material. Examples of the resin material include acrylic resin, polyurethane, melamine resin, modified rubber resin, and phenolic resin. Examples of the fiber base material include carbon fiber, aramid fiber, glass fiber, ceramic fiber, silica fiber, metal fiber, potassium titanate fiber, zirconia fiber, polyacrylate fiber, polyphenylene sulfide fiber, vinylon fiber, rayon fiber, nylon fiber, polyester fiber, acrylic fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyethylene fiber, cotton fiber, hemp fiber, and cellulose fiber.

[0039] The diaphragm 5a has a surface FA and a surface FB facing in the opposite direction to the surface FA. In this embodiment, the surface FA is an example of a "first surface" and is used as a part of the wall surface of the space S21. Therefore, the surface FA emits sound into the space S21. In this embodiment, the surface FB is an example of a "second surface" and faces the space S10. Therefore, the surface FB emits sound SN into the space S10. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the diaphragm 5a is cone-shaped, with the surface FA being the inner wall surface and the surface FB being the outer wall surface. The shape of the diaphragm 5a is not limited to the cone type, and may be, for example, a dome type.

[0040] The driving unit 5b is a mechanism that drives the diaphragm 5a based on an input electric sound signal. In this embodiment, the driving unit 5b is disposed between the diaphragm 5a and the outer panel 2. The driving unit 5b has a magnetic circuit 5b1 and a voice coil 5b2. The magnetic circuit 5b1 is, for example, composed of a permanent magnet and a yoke, and the magnetic flux from the permanent magnet is guided to the voice coil 5b2 by the yoke. The voice coil 5b2 is fixed to the diaphragm 5a, and when an electric sound signal is input, the voice coil 5b2 vibrates the diaphragm 5a by interaction with the magnetic force from the magnetic circuit. This vibration causes the diaphragm 5a to emit a sound based on the sound signal. Note that the driving unit 5b is not limited to a configuration having the magnetic circuit 5b1 and the voice coil 5b2, and may be any configuration as long as it can drive the diaphragm 5a based on a sound signal.

[0041] The frame 5c is a structure that supports the diaphragm 5a so that it can vibrate, and is fixed to the magnetic circuit 5b1 of the driving unit 5b. The diaphragm 5a and the driving unit 5b are appropriately joined to the frame 5c by adhesive or the like. The frame 5c is made of, for example, a metal material or a resin material. The frame 5c is attached to the inner panel 4 by using the above-mentioned multiple screws 10. Note that a packing may be disposed between the frame 5c and the inner panel 4 to ensure airtightness of the space S21. The packing is made of, for example, rubber or elastomer.

[0042] Here, the frame 5c is configured to be able to emit sound from the diaphragm 5a in both the X1 direction and the X2 direction. That is, in this embodiment, the frame 5c is configured so that the face FA is exposed to the space S21 and the face FB is exposed to the space S10. The shape of the frame 5c is not limited to the example shown in FIG. 2 and may be any shape.

[0043] The above speaker unit 5 is preferably a subwoofer. In a configuration in which the enclosure 20 is provided between the inner panel 4 and the door trim 3, the volume of the enclosure 20 can be made larger than in a configuration in which the enclosure 20 is provided between the outer panel 2 and the inner panel 4. For this reason, when a speaker unit for ultra-low frequency sounds such as a subwoofer is used as the speaker unit 5, the effect of the present disclosure of improving the bass reproduction capability is remarkable. Note that a subwoofer is a speaker responsible for reproducing ultra-low frequency sounds of approximately 100 Hz or less (preferably 80 Hz or less).

[0044] 1-1c. Function of vehicle doors In the vehicle door 1 having the above configuration, the sound SN emitted from the surface FB of the diaphragm 5a to the space S10 is released into the space in the vehicle cabin through the opening 4b. On the other hand, since the space S21 using the surface FA of the diaphragm 5a as a part of the wall surface is sealed, the emission of the antiphase sound from the surface FA into the space in the vehicle cabin is reduced. As a result, the bass reproduction capability can be improved compared to the configuration in which the sound from the surface FA is emitted into the space in the vehicle cabin. In addition, since the space S21 is used as the enclosure 20, the bass reproduction capability can also be improved in this respect. Moreover, since the enclosure 20 is provided between the inner panel 4 and the door trim 3, the workability of assembling the mechanism disposed between the outer panel 2 and the inner panel 4 can be improved compared to the configuration in which the enclosure 20 is provided between the outer panel 2 and the inner panel 4. Therefore, the assembly of the vehicle door 1 is simplified, and as a result, the cost of the vehicle door 1 can be reduced.

[0045] In contrast, the above-mentioned effects of the vehicle door 1 cannot be obtained with the configuration shown in Fig. 3 or 4. This point will be briefly described below with reference to Figs.

[0046] FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a vehicle door 1X according to Reference Example 1. The vehicle door 1X is configured so that the sound SNa from the surface FA is emitted into the space in the vehicle cabin. In the door trim 3X of the vehicle door 1X, the opening 3a is connected to the space S21, and the sound SNa from the surface FA is emitted into the vehicle cabin from the opening 3a. Here, the sound SNb from the surface FB leaks into the space in the vehicle cabin through the gap D. For this reason, in the vehicle door 1X, the sound SNa and the sound SNb cancel each other out in the vehicle cabin, resulting in a deterioration in sound quality. Here, it is possible to consider closing the gap D, but depending on the shape of the vehicle door 1X, it may be practically difficult to completely close the gap D, or it may result in high costs.

[0047] FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a vehicle door 1Y according to Reference Example 2. The vehicle door 1Y is configured so that the sound SNa from the surface FA is emitted into the space inside the vehicle cabin, similar to the vehicle door 1X of Reference Example 1. However, in the vehicle door 1Y, an enclosure 20Y is provided between the outer panel 2 and the inner panel 4. The enclosure 20Y forms a sealed space S11 using the surface FB as a part of the wall surface. In such a vehicle door 1Y, the enclosure 20Y protrudes into the space S10, which deteriorates the workability when assembling mechanisms such as a window lifting mechanism and a door lock mechanism to be placed in the space S10. In addition, since the size of the enclosure 20Y is restricted by the installation space in the space S10 and the size of the opening 4a, it is difficult to increase the capacity of the enclosure 20Y. For this reason, the vehicle door 1Y cannot improve the bass reproduction capability.

[0048] 1-2. Second embodiment A second embodiment of the present disclosure will be described below. In the following exemplary embodiment, for elements whose actions and functions are similar to those of the first embodiment, the reference symbols used in the description of the first embodiment will be used and detailed descriptions of each will be omitted as appropriate.

[0049] 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a vehicle door 1A according to the second embodiment. The vehicle door 1A has a door trim 3A and a packing 6A instead of the door trim 3 and the packing 6, and is configured similarly to the vehicle door 1 of the first embodiment described above, except that a sealing member 11 is added.

[0050] A wall portion 3c is provided on the surface of the door trim 3A facing the X2 direction instead of the wall portion 3b. The wall portion 3c surrounds the speaker unit 5, the opening 4a, and the opening 4c when viewed in the X1 direction or the X2 direction. Here, the packing 6A seals the gap between the wall portion 3c and the inner panel 4 in a state where it is elastically deformed between them. The packing 6A is an annular elastic member that fits along the entire circumference of the wall portion 3c, and is made of, for example, a rubber material or an elastomer material, similar to the packing 6 of the first embodiment.

[0051] Here, the space S21 uses the inner panel 4 as a wall surface. Therefore, the volume of the enclosure 20 can be made larger than in a configuration in which the space S21 is formed using a member separate from the inner panel 4.

[0052] As described above, the space S21 used as the enclosure 20A is provided as an enclosed space inside the wall portion 3c.

[0053] Here, as described above, the inner panel 4 has the opening 4c, which is an example of the "third opening", and the opening 4c communicates with the space S10. A sealing member 11 that closes the opening 4c is disposed between the inner panel 4 and the door trim 3. This prevents the space S21 from communicating with the space S10 via the opening 4c. As a result, the inner panel 4 can be used as a wall surface of the enclosure 20A over a wide range, and as a result, the volume of the enclosure 20 can be increased.

[0054] The sealing member 11 is provided over a range including the opening 4c when viewed in the X1 or X2 direction. The sealing member 11 is fixed to one of the door trim 3A and the inner panel 4 by adhesive, double-sided tape, or the like.

[0055] The sealing member 11 is made of an elastic material such as a rubber material or an elastomer material. Here, the sealing member 11 is preferably a closed-cell foam. Closed-cell foam has extremely excellent flexibility. Therefore, since the sealing member 11 is a closed-cell foam, the sealing member 11 can be suitably attached to the inner panel 4 even if the inner panel 4 has a complex shape. Moreover, closed-cell foam does not have air permeability. Therefore, since the sealing member 11 is a closed-cell foam, communication between the space S21 and the space S10 through the opening 4c is suitably prevented.

[0056] Furthermore, in addition to the wall portion 3c, a rib 3d is provided on the surface of the door trim 3A facing the X2 direction. The rib 3d is a protrusion for pressing the sealing member 11 toward the inner panel 4. The shape of the rib 3d as viewed in the X1 direction or the X2 direction is not particularly limited, but is configured so as not to divide the space S21. For example, a configuration may be adopted in which a gap is provided between the rib 3d and the wall portion 3c, or a through hole is provided in the rib 3d.

[0057] In this manner, the door trim 3 has the rib 3d for pressing the sealing member 11 against the inner panel 4, so that the adhesion between the sealing member 11 and the inner panel 4 can be improved.

[0058] According to the second embodiment described above, the bass reproduction capability can be improved and the cost of the vehicle door 1A can be reduced.

[0059] 1-3.Third embodiment The third embodiment of the present disclosure will be described below. In the following exemplary embodiment, the elements having the same actions and functions as those in the first embodiment will be referred to by the same reference numerals used in the description of the first embodiment, and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted as appropriate.

[0060] 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a vehicle door 1B according to the third embodiment. The vehicle door 1B is configured similarly to the vehicle door 1A of the second embodiment described above, except for the mounting posture of the speaker unit 5 and the related configuration. Here, the vehicle door 1B has a door trim 3B instead of the door trim 3A of the second embodiment.

[0061] In the vehicle door 1B, the speaker unit 5 is arranged so that the surface FA faces the X2 direction and the surface FB faces the X1 direction. In this embodiment, the surface FB is an example of a "first surface" and is used as a part of the wall surface of the space S21. In addition, in this embodiment, the surface FA is an example of a "second surface" and faces the space S10 through the opening 4a. Therefore, the sound from the surface FA is emitted into the space S10. By arranging the speaker unit 5 in this manner, the speaker unit 5 is prevented from protruding into the space S10. As a result, the workability of assembling the mechanism arranged between the outer panel 2 and the inner panel 4 can be improved compared to a configuration in which the surface FA faces the X1 direction and the surface FB faces the X2 direction.

[0062] In this embodiment, the speaker unit 5 is attached to the door trim 3B by screwing using the screw 10. Therefore, after the speaker unit 5 is attached to the door trim 3B, the door trim 3B can be attached to the inner panel 4. Therefore, compared to a configuration in which the speaker unit 5 is attached to the inner panel 4, the workability when attaching the speaker unit 5 can be improved.

[0063] Here, the door trim 3B is configured similarly to the door trim 3A of the second embodiment, except that it has a wall portion 3e instead of the wall portion 3c. The wall portion 3e is configured similarly to the wall portion 3c, except that it has a configuration for fastening with the screw 10.

[0064] According to the above third embodiment, the low-frequency sound reproduction capability can be improved and the cost of the vehicle door 1B can be reduced.

[0065] 2. Vehicles FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a vehicle 100 according to an embodiment. The vehicle 100 is an automobile and has five doors 101R, 101L, 102R, 102L, and 103. The door 101R is a right front side door. The door 101L is a left front side door. The door 102R is a right rear side door. The door 102L is a left rear side door. The door 103 is a back door.

[0066] At least one of the above doors 101R, 101L, 102R, 102L, 103 is any one of the vehicle doors 1, 1A, 1B described above. That is, the vehicle 100 includes any one of the vehicle doors 1, 1A, 1B. In such a vehicle 100, the vehicle doors 1, 1A, 1B can be manufactured at low cost, and therefore, the cost can be reduced. In addition, the vehicle doors 1, 1A, 1B have excellent bass reproduction capabilities, and therefore, excellent sound quality can be provided to the user in the vehicle cabin.

[0067] 3. Variations The above embodiment may be modified in various ways. Specific modified embodiments are exemplified below. Two or more embodiments selected from the following examples may be appropriately combined as long as they are not inconsistent.

[0068] 3-1. Variation 1 In the above-described first and second embodiments, the speaker unit 5 is attached to the inner panel 4, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, the speaker unit 5 may be attached to the door trim 3 by screwing or the like.

[0069] 3-2. Variation 2 In the third embodiment described above, the speaker unit 5 is attached to the door trim 3B, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, the speaker unit 5 may be attached to the inner panel 4 by screwing or the like.

[0070] 3-3. Variation 3 In each of the above-mentioned embodiments, the vibration direction of the diaphragm 5a is parallel to the thickness direction of the vehicle door 1, 1A, 1B, but is not limited to this configuration. For example, the vibration direction of the diaphragm 5a may be perpendicular or inclined to the thickness direction of the vehicle door 1, 1A, 1B. In this case, the shapes of the wall portions 3b, 3c, 3e, etc. are appropriately changed depending on the installation posture of the speaker unit 5.

[0071] 4. Notes From the above-described exemplary embodiments and modifications, the following aspects, for example, can be understood.

[0072] A vehicle door according to a first preferred aspect of the present disclosure comprises an outer panel facing the exterior of a vehicle, a door trim arranged on the passenger compartment side, an inner panel arranged between the outer panel and the door trim and having a first opening, and a speaker unit arranged in the first opening and having a diaphragm, the diaphragm having a first surface and a second surface facing in the opposite direction to the first surface, a first space sealed using the first surface as part of a wall surface is provided between the inner panel and the door trim, the first space is used as an enclosure for the speaker unit, a second space for propagating sound from the second surface is provided between the outer panel and the inner panel, and the inner panel has a second opening for releasing sound from the second space into the space within the passenger compartment.

[0073] According to the above embodiment, the sound emitted from the second surface of the diaphragm to the second space is released into the space in the vehicle cabin through the second opening. On the other hand, since the first space using the first surface of the diaphragm as a part of the wall surface is sealed, the release of the antiphase sound from the first surface into the space in the vehicle cabin is reduced. As a result, the bass reproduction capability can be improved compared to a configuration in which the sound from the first surface is released into the space in the vehicle cabin. In addition, since the first space is used as an enclosure for the speaker unit, the bass reproduction capability can also be improved in this respect. Moreover, since the enclosure is provided between the inner panel and the door trim, the workability of assembling the mechanism disposed between the outer panel and the inner panel can be improved compared to a configuration in which the enclosure is provided between the outer panel and the inner panel. This simplifies the assembly of the vehicle door, and as a result, the cost of the vehicle door can be reduced.

[0074] According to the above embodiment, since the enclosure is provided between the inner panel and the door trim, the workability of assembling the mechanism between the outer panel and the inner panel can be improved compared to a configuration in which the enclosure is provided between the outer panel and the inner panel. This simplifies the assembly of the vehicle door, and as a result, the cost of the vehicle door can be reduced. Here, the sound emitted from the second surface of the first space diaphragm to the second space is released into the space in the vehicle cabin through the second opening. Meanwhile, since the first space using the first surface of the diaphragm as a part of the wall surface is sealed, the emission of the antiphase sound from the first surface into the space in the vehicle cabin is reduced. As a result, the bass reproduction ability can be improved compared to a configuration in which the sound from the first surface is released into the space in the vehicle cabin.

[0075] In a second aspect which is a preferred example of the first aspect, the door trim is integrated with at least a part of the enclosure. In the above aspect, the number of parts can be reduced and assembly can be simplified compared to a configuration in which the enclosure is separate from the door trim, etc.

[0076] In a third aspect which is a preferred example of the second aspect, the enclosure has a wall portion surrounding the diaphragm when viewed in the vibration direction of the diaphragm. The above aspect has an advantage that the first space can be easily sealed even if there is a service hole or the like in the inner panel or a gap between the inner panel and the door trim that leads to the space inside the vehicle cabin.

[0077] In a fourth aspect which is a preferred example of any one of the first to third aspects, the first space uses the inner panel as a wall surface. In the above aspect, the volume of the enclosure can be made larger than in a configuration in which the first space is formed using a member separate from the inner panel.

[0078] In a fifth aspect, which is a preferred example of the fourth aspect, the inner panel has a third opening communicating with the second space, and a sealing member for closing the third opening is provided between the inner panel and the door trim. In the above aspect, communication between the first space and the second space through the third opening, such as a service hole, is prevented. This allows the inner panel to be used as a wall surface of the enclosure over a wide range, and as a result, the volume of the enclosure can be increased.

[0079] In a sixth embodiment which is a preferred example of the fifth embodiment, the sealing member is a closed-cell foam. In the above embodiment, the closed-cell foam has excellent flexibility, so that the sealing member can be suitably attached to the inner panel even if the shape of the inner panel 4 is complex. Moreover, the closed-cell foam has no air permeability, so that communication between the first space and the second space through the third opening is suitably prevented.

[0080] In a seventh aspect which is a preferred example of the fifth or sixth aspect, the door trim has a rib that presses the sealing member against the inner panel. In the above aspect, it is possible to improve the adhesion between the sealing member and the inner panel.

[0081] In an eighth aspect, which is a preferred example of any one of the first to seventh aspects, the speaker unit has a magnetic circuit for driving the diaphragm, and the magnetic circuit is disposed between the diaphragm and the outer panel. This aspect has the advantage that it is easier to increase the volume of the enclosure compared to a configuration in which the magnetic circuit is disposed between the diaphragm and the door trim.

[0082] In a ninth aspect, which is a preferred example of any one of the first to eighth aspects, the speaker unit is a subwoofer. In the above aspects, in a configuration in which the enclosure is provided between an inner panel and a door trim, it is easier to increase the volume of the enclosure compared to a configuration in which the enclosure is provided between an outer panel and an inner panel. For this reason, when a speaker unit for ultra-low frequency sounds such as a subwoofer is used in the configuration of the present disclosure, the effect of the present disclosure of improving low frequency reproduction capability is remarkable.

[0083] In a tenth aspect, which is a preferred example of any one of the first to ninth aspects, a third space communicating with the second space through the second opening is provided between the inner panel and the door trim, and the door trim has a fourth opening for discharging sound from the third space into the space in the vehicle cabin. In the above aspect, sound from the second opening can be efficiently discharged into the space in the vehicle cabin.

[0084] A vehicle according to a tenth preferred embodiment of the present invention includes the vehicle door according to any one of the above-mentioned embodiments. According to the above-mentioned embodiments, the cost of the vehicle door can be reduced, thereby reducing the cost of the vehicle. In addition, since the vehicle door has excellent bass reproduction capability, excellent sound quality can be provided to the user in the vehicle cabin. [Explanation of symbols]
