[0002] A clothes folding machine is disclosed that includes a main blanket in which adjacent edges of multiple parallelogram-shaped planar bodies are connected with rotating hinges and laid out on the XY plane, and a sub-blanket that has a similar structure to the main blanket and is provided opposite the main blanket so that the XY position of the parallelogram coincides with that of the main blanket; the machine sandwiches laid-out clothes between the main blanket and the sub-blanket, and folds the main blanket and the sub-blanket to a size that is approximately the same as the parallelogram-shaped planar bodies as one unit, thereby folding the clothes (see Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2007-252845 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] The garment folding machine disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 can easily and simply fold garments by unfolding the garment and placing it on a flat blanket, and then folding the main blanket and the sub-blanket to a size that defines a parallelogram as one unit. When folding a garment, this garment folding machine must sandwich the garment between the main blanket and the sub-blanket in an unfolded state, and must simultaneously fold the main blanket and the sub-blanket to a size that defines a unit. This requires some degree of familiarity with folding garments using the machine, and it takes time and effort to fold one garment. In addition, both the main blanket and the sub-blanket must be stored when the garment folding machine is not in use, and the brackets for these are bulky, making it difficult to store and store the machine compactly.
[0005] The object of the present invention is to provide a clothes folding tool that allows a user to easily fold clothes without getting used to it, does not require time and effort to fold one piece of clothing, and can fold clothes simply and in a short time. [0011] In another embodiment of the present invention, the clothes folder has a first fold line located vertically above the third and fifth fold lines.
[0012] In another example of the present invention, the first to sixth placement areas of the clothes folding tool are made from synthetic paper whose main material is synthetic resin. Effect of the Invention
[0013] According to the clothing folding tool of the present invention, for example, clothing is placed on the upper surface of the first to sixth placement areas, the third and fifth placement areas are folded widthwise toward the upper surfaces of the first and second placement areas, the third and fifth placement areas are then folded back widthwise, the fourth and sixth placement areas are folded widthwise toward the upper surfaces of the first and second placement areas, the fourth and sixth placement areas are then folded back widthwise, the first placement area is folded vertically toward the upper surface of the second placement area, and the first placement area is then folded back vertically, so that clothing can be folded easily without the need for habit, and folding of one piece of clothing does not require much effort and time, and the work of folding clothing can be performed simply and in a short time. Since the clothing folding tool is composed of a single piece having the first to sixth placement areas, it is not bulky and can be stored and kept compactly in a folded state when not in use.
[0014] The central upper part of the clothing body is placed in the first placement area, the central part of the clothing body is placed in the second placement area, either one of the left upper part or the right upper part of the clothing body is placed in the third placement area, either the other of the left upper part or the right upper part of the clothing body is placed in the fourth placement area, and either one of the left central part or the right central part of the clothing body is placed in the fifth placement area, and The clothing folding device on which the other of the left central part and the right central part of the clothing body is placed on the rear includes a first placement area of a predetermined area for placing the central upper part of the clothing body, a second placement area of a predetermined area for placing the central part of the clothing body, a third placement area of a predetermined area for placing either the left upper part or the right upper part of the clothing body, and a fourth placement area of a predetermined area for placing the other of the left upper part or the right upper part of the clothing body. the folding folding area is formed from a fourth placing area, a fifth placing area for placing either the left central part or the right central part of the body of the clothing, and a sixth placing area for placing the other of the left central part or the right central part of the body of the clothing, the clothing is placed on the upper surfaces of the first to sixth placing areas, the third and fifth placing areas are folded widthwise toward the upper surfaces of the first and second placing areas and the fourth and sixth placing areas are folded widthwise, the third and fifth placing areas and the fourth and sixth placing areas are folded back widthwise, and further the first placing area is folded vertically toward the upper surface of the second placing area and then the first placing area is folded back vertically, so that the clothing can be folded easily without requiring any practice, and folding of one piece of clothing does not require much effort and time, and the folding work of clothing can be performed simply and in a short time.
[0015] A clothing folding device in which a first placement area is formed into a vertically long rectangle, a first valley fold line extending from the widthwise center of the upper edge of the first placement area toward the vertical center of the first separation line, a second valley fold line extending from the widthwise center of the upper edge of the first placement area toward the vertical center of the second separation line, a first folding area surrounded by the upper edge of the first placement area, the first separation line, and the first valley fold line, and a second folding area surrounded by the upper edge of the first placement area, the second separation line, and the second valley fold line, is folded along the first valley fold line. As a result, the first folding area is folded so as to stand upward from the top surface of the first placing area, and by folding the second valley fold line, the second folding area is folded so as to stand upward from the top surface of the first placing area, thereby lifting the upper central part of the body of the clothing placed on the first placing area, so that the upper central part of the body can be easily grasped together with the upper edge of the first placing area, the first placing area can be easily folded vertically toward the top surface of the second placing area, and the upper central part of the body can be easily folded.
[0016] A clothing folding device having a first circular hole perforated at a first intersection where the first fold line, the first separation line, the second fold line, and the third fold line intersect and a second circular hole perforated at a second intersection where the first fold line, the second separation line, the fourth fold line, and the fifth fold line intersect, places clothing on the upper surfaces of the first to sixth placing areas, folds the third and fifth placing areas toward the upper surfaces of the first and second placing areas, and folds the fourth and sixth placing areas, and further folds the first placing area toward the upper surface of the second placing area, so that air held in the clothing is exhausted from the first and second hole perforations, and therefore the third and fifth placing areas and the fourth and sixth placing areas can be easily folded, and the first placing area can be easily folded, and clothing can be folded simply and in a short time. By forming (perforating) a first hole at a first intersection point where the first fold line, the first separation line, the second fold line, and the third fold line intersect, the clothing folding device can prevent tearing or damage from the first intersection point to the first fold line, the first separation line, the second fold line, and the third fold line, and by forming (perforating) a second hole at a second intersection point where the first fold line, the second separation line, the fourth fold line, and the fifth fold line intersect, the clothing folding device can prevent tearing or damage from the second intersection point to the first fold line, the second separation line, the fourth fold line, and the fifth fold line.
[0017] In the clothing folding device, the first fold line is located vertically above the third and fifth fold lines, and the first fold line is shifted upward relative to the third and fifth fold lines, so that the third and fifth placing areas can be easily folded widthwise toward the upper surfaces of the first and second placing areas, and the fourth and sixth placing areas can be easily folded widthwise toward the upper surfaces of the first and second placing areas, and the upper left and left central portions of the body of clothing placed in the third and fifth placing areas can be easily and quickly folded, and the upper right and right central portions of the body of clothing placed in the fourth and sixth placing areas can be easily and quickly folded.
[0018] The third and fifth placing areas are formed into a rectangle that is long in the vertical direction, and a third valley fold line connects a first cross corner where an upper end edge extending in the width direction of the third placing area and the first separation line intersect with a third cross corner where a lower end edge extending in the width direction of the fifth placing area and a left edge extending in the vertical direction of the fifth placing area intersect with a fourth cross corner where a lower end edge extending in the width direction of the fifth placing area and the second fold line intersect with a third valley fold line. a fifth valley fold line connecting a center of an upper edge extending in a width direction of the fourth placing area and a center of a lower edge extending in a width direction of the fifth placing area, the fourth placing area and the sixth placing area are formed into a rectangle that is long in a vertical direction, a sixth valley fold line connecting a fifth crossing corner where an upper edge extending in a width direction of the fourth placing area and the second separation line intersect with a seventh crossing corner where a lower edge extending in a width direction of the sixth placing area and a left edge extending in a vertical direction of the sixth placing area intersect with a sixth crossing corner where an upper edge extending in a width direction of the fourth placing area and a left edge extending in a vertical direction of the fourth placing area intersect with The clothing folding tool has a seventh valley fold line connecting the corner portion, the lower edge extending in the width direction of the sixth placing area, and an eighth crossing corner portion where the fourth folding line intersects, and an eighth valley fold line connecting the center of the upper edge extending in the width direction of the fourth placing area and the center of the lower edge extending in the width direction of the sixth placing area. By forming the third valley fold line, the fourth valley fold line, and the fifth valley fold line in the third placing area and the fifth placing area, when the third and fifth placing areas are folded in the width direction toward the upper surfaces of the first and second placing areas, the third and fifth placing areas are curled up in a fan shape to prevent the clothing folding tool from being folded. Since the upper left and left central portions of the clothing body are lifted, the folding operation of the upper left and left central portions of the body can be easily performed, and by forming the sixth, seventh and eighth valley fold lines in the fourth and sixth placing areas, when the fourth and sixth placing areas are folded widthwise toward the top surfaces of the first and second placing areas, the fourth and sixth placing areas curl into a fan shape, and the upper right and right central portions of the clothing body are lifted, making it easy to fold the upper right and right central portions of the body.In the clothing folding device, the third to fifth valley fold lines formed in the third and fifth placing area function as ribs, and the sixth to eighth valley fold lines formed in the fourth and sixth placing area function as ribs, so that the third and fifth placing areas and the fourth and sixth placing areas are reinforced by these mountain fold lines and are able to prevent twisting or sagging of the third and fifth placing areas and the fourth and sixth placing areas when the clothing is folded.
[0019] The clothes folding tool, in which the first to sixth placement areas are made of synthetic paper whose main ingredient is synthetic resin, is made of synthetic paper that has excellent water resistance, durability, and oil resistance, so it does not deteriorate or break even with repeated use, has excellent shape retention, can be used repeatedly, and can be made lightweight and easily carried. Furthermore, it has high whiteness and printability and writing suitability, so it is easy to see and can have clear markings on its surface. [Brief description of the drawings]

The sixth placement area 11f has a width dimension of 190 mm, a vertical dimension of 270 mm, and an area of 5130 mm. 2 It is.
[0040] The sixth loading area 11f has an upper edge 52 (fifth fold line 51) extending widthwise to the left from the left end of the lower edge 15 (first fold line 24) of the first loading area 11a, a lower edge 53 located vertically below the upper edge 52 and extending widthwise to the left from the left end of the lower edge 26 of the second loading area 11b, a right edge 54 (fourth fold line 50) extending vertically downward from the lower end of the second separation line 36 (left side edge 17 of the first loading area 11a), and a left edge 55 facing and spaced apart to the left of the right edge 54 and extending vertically downward from the lower end of the left side edge 38 of the fourth loading area 11d.
[0041] The sixth placement area 11f has a chamfered corner 56 (seventh intersection corner) where the lower edge 53 and left edge 55 intersect. The upper edge 52 of the sixth placement area 11f is common to the lower edge 38 (fifth folding line 51) of the fourth placement area 11d, and the right edge 54 of the sixth placement area 11f is common to the left edge 28 (fourth folding line 50) of the second placement area 11b. When the clothing folding tool 10 is in use, a right central portion 80 including a right sleeve 77 of a body 72 of a Western jacket 71 (clothing) is placed in the sixth placement area 11f (see FIG. 3).
[0042] The width, length and area of the first to sixth placement areas 11a to 11f can be freely determined depending on the size of the outerwear 71 (clothing) to be folded by the clothing folding device 10. Although the first to sixth placement areas 11a to 11f have a rectangular planar shape, the first to sixth placement areas 11a to 11f can be formed into a planar shape other than a rectangle (for example, an oval or an oval shape).
[0043] In the clothes folding device 10, the first folding line 24 (the lower edge 15 of the first placing area 11a and the upper edge 25 of the second placing area 11b) is located vertically above the third folding line 44 (the lower edge 31 of the third placing area 11c and the upper edge 45 of the fifth placing area 11e) and the fifth folding line 51 (the lower edge 38 of the fourth placing area 11d and the upper edge 52 of the sixth placing area 11f). The vertical separation dimension between the first folding line 24 and the third folding line 44 and the fifth folding line 51 is 3 mm, but it is sufficient that the first folding line 24 is vertically above the third folding line 44 and the fifth folding line 45 within a range of 2 to 4 mm.
[0044] A circular (perfect circle) first punch hole 58 (opening) is formed (drilled) at a first intersection point 57 where the first fold line 24 (lower edge 15 of the first loading area 11a and upper edge 25 of the second loading area 11b), the first separation line 29, the second fold line 43 (right edge 27 of the second loading area 11b and left edge 47 of the fifth loading area 11e) and the third fold line 44 (lower edge 31 of the third loading area 11c and upper edge 45 of the fifth loading area 11e) intersect. The first punch hole 58 (opening) is located at the right end of the first fold line 24 (the right end of the lower edge 15 of the first loading area 11a and the right end of the upper edge 25 of the second loading area 11b), the lower end of the first separation line 29, the upper end of the second fold line 43 (the upper end of the right edge 27 of the second loading area 11b and the upper end of the left edge 47 of the fifth loading area 11e), and the left end of the third fold line 44 (the left end of the lower edge 31 of the third loading area 11c and the left end of the upper edge 45 of the fifth loading area 11e).
[0045] By forming (perforating) a first hole 58 at a first intersection point 57 where the first fold line 24, the first separation line 29, the second fold line 43, and the third fold line 44 intersect, the clothing folding device 10 can prevent tearing or damage to the clothing folding device 10 from the first intersection point 57 due to repeated use (repeated folding) of the clothing folding device 10 along the first fold line 24 (the lower edge 15 of the first placing area 11a and the upper edge 25 of the second placing area 11b), the first separation line 29, the second fold line 43 (the right edge 27 of the second placing area 11b and the left edge 47 of the fifth placing area 11e), and the third fold line 45 (the lower edge 31 of the third placing area 11c and the upper edge 45 of the fifth placing area 11e).
[0046] A circular (perfect circle) second punch hole 60 (opening) is formed (drilled) at a second intersection point 59 where the first fold line 24 (lower edge 15 of the first loading area 11a and upper edge 25 of the second loading area 11b), the second separation line 36, the fourth fold line 50 (left edge 28 of the second loading area 11b and right edge 54 of the sixth loading area 11f) and the fifth fold line 51 (lower edge 38 of the fourth loading area 11d and upper edge 52 of the sixth loading area 11f) intersect. The second hole 60 (opening) is located at the left end of the first fold line 24 (the left end of the lower edge 15 of the first loading area 11a and the left end of the upper edge 25 of the second loading area 11b), the lower end of the second separation line 37, the upper end of the fourth fold line 50 (the upper end of the left edge 28 of the second loading area 11b and the upper end of the right edge 54 of the sixth loading area 11f), and the right end of the fifth fold line 51 (the right end of the lower edge 38 of the fourth loading area 11d and the right end of the upper edge 52 of the sixth loading area 11f).
[0047] By forming (perforating) second holes 60 at second intersection points 59 where the first fold line 24, the second separation line 36, the fourth fold line 50, and the fifth fold line 51 intersect, the clothing folding device 10 can be prevented from tearing or breaking along the first fold line 24 (the lower edge 15 of the first placing area 11a and the upper edge 25 of the second placing area 11b), the second separation line 36, the fourth fold line 50 (the left edge 28 of the second placing area 11b and the right edge 54 of the sixth placing area 11f), and the fifth fold line 51 (the lower edge 38 of the fourth placing area 11d and the upper edge 52 of the sixth placing area 11f) from the second intersection points 59 due to repeated use (repeated folding) of the clothing folding device 10.
[0048] The third placement area 11c and the fifth placement area 11e are formed with a third valley fold line 61, a fourth valley fold line 62, and a fifth valley fold line 63. The third valley fold line 61 extends diagonally in a straight line in the vertical direction, connecting a corner 34 (first crossing corner) where an upper end edge 30 (left end of the upper end edge 30 extending in the width direction) of the third placement area 11c extending in the width direction and a first separation line 29 (upper end of the left side edge 32 extending in the vertical direction of the third placement area 11c) extending in the vertical direction intersect, and a corner 49 (third crossing corner 49) where a lower end edge 46 (right end of the lower end edge 46 extending in the width direction) of the fifth placement area 11e extending in the width direction and a right side edge 48 (lower end of the right side edge 48 extending in the vertical direction) of the fifth placement area 11e extending in the vertical direction intersect. The third valley fold line 61 extends from the corner 34 (first intersecting corner) through the widthwise center dividing the lower edge 31 of the third loading area 11c (the upper edge 45 of the fifth loading area 11e) in half in the width direction, and reaches the corner 49 (third intersecting corner 49).
[0049] The fourth valley fold line 62 extends diagonally vertically, connecting a corner 35 (second intersecting corner) where the upper edge 30 extending in the width direction of the third loading area 11c (the right end of the upper edge 30 extending in the width direction) and the right side edge 33 extending in the vertical direction of the third loading area 11c intersect, and a corner 65 (fourth intersecting corner) where the lower edge 46 extending in the width direction of the fifth loading area 11e (the left end of the lower edge 46 extending in the width direction) and the second fold line 43 (the lower end of the left side edge 47 extending in the vertical direction of the fifth loading area 11e) intersect. The fourth valley fold line 62 extends from the corner 35 (second intersecting corner) through the widthwise center dividing the lower edge 31 of the third loading area 11c (upper edge 45 of the fifth loading area 11e) in half in the width direction, and reaches the corner 65 (fourth intersecting corner).
[0050] The fifth valley fold line 63 extends vertically in a straight line connecting the widthwise center dividing the upper edge 30 of the third placement area 11c in half in the width direction and the widthwise center dividing the lower edge 46 of the fifth placement area 11e in half in the width direction. The fifth valley fold line 63 passes from the widthwise center of the upper edge 30 of the third placement area 11c through the widthwise center dividing the lower edge 31 (upper edge 45 of the fifth placement area 11e) of the third placement area 11c in half in the width direction and reaches the widthwise center of the lower edge 46 of the fifth placement area 11e.
[0051] In the clothing folding device 10, the third and fifth placing areas 11c and 11e are formed with the third to fifth valley fold lines 61 to 63, and the third and fifth placing areas 11c and 11e are valley-folded downward from the upper surface 12 of the areas 11c and 11e by the third to fifth valley fold lines 61 to 63, so that the third and fifth placing areas 11c and 11e are curled up into a fan shape (puckered up). Also, the third to fifth valley fold lines 61 to 63 function as reinforcing ribs in the third placing area 11c and the fifth placing area 11e. In addition, by the valley folding of the third to fifth valley fold lines 61 to 63, the respective end edges 30, 33, 48, and 46 are raised, and the end edges 30, 33, 48, and 46 can be easily gripped.
[0052] The fourth placement area 11d and the sixth placement area 11f are formed with a sixth valley fold line 65, a seventh valley fold line 66, and an eighth valley fold line 67. The sixth valley fold line 65 extends diagonally vertically, connecting a corner 41 (fifth crossing corner) where an upper end edge 37 (the right end of the upper end edge 37 extending in the width direction) of the fourth placement area 11d and a second separation line 36 (the upper end of the right edge 39 extending in the vertical direction of the fourth placement area 11d) extend in the vertical direction intersect, and a corner 56 (seventh crossing corner) where a lower end edge 53 (the left end of the lower end edge 53 extending in the width direction) of the sixth placement area 11f extend in the width direction and a left edge 55 (the lower end of the left edge 55 extending in the vertical direction) of the sixth placement area 11f extend in the vertical direction intersect. The sixth valley fold line 66 passes through the widthwise center from the corner 41 (fifth intersecting corner) dividing the lower edge 38 of the fourth loading area 11d (upper edge 52 of the sixth loading area 11f) in half in the width direction, and reaches the corner 56 (seventh intersecting corner).
[0053] The seventh valley fold line 66 extends diagonally vertically, connecting a corner 42 (sixth intersecting corner) where the upper edge 37 extending in the width direction of the fourth loading area 11d (the left end of the upper edge 37 extending in the width direction) and the left side edge 40 extending in the vertical direction of the fourth loading area 11d intersect, and a corner 68 (eighth intersecting corner) where the lower edge 53 extending in the width direction of the sixth loading area 11f (the right end of the lower edge 53 extending in the width direction) and the fourth fold line 50 (the lower end of the right side edge 54 extending in the vertical direction of the sixth loading area 11f) intersect. The seventh valley fold line 67 passes through the widthwise center from the corner 42 (sixth intersecting corner) dividing the lower edge 38 of the fourth loading area 11d (upper edge 52 of the sixth loading area 11f) in half in the width direction, and reaches the corner 68 (eighth intersecting corner).
[0054] The eighth valley fold line 67 extends vertically in a straight line connecting the widthwise center of the upper edge 37 of the fourth placement area 11d in half in the width direction and the widthwise center of the lower edge 53 of the sixth placement area 11f in half in the width direction. The eighth valley fold line 67 extends from the widthwise center of the upper edge 37 of the fourth placement area 11d through the widthwise center of the lower edge 38 of the fourth placement area 11d (the upper edge 52 of the sixth placement area 11f) in half in the width direction to reach the widthwise center of the lower edge 53 of the sixth placement area 11f.
[0055] In the clothing folding device 10, the sixth valley fold line 65 to the eighth valley fold line 67 are formed in the fourth placement area 11d and the sixth placement area 11f, and the fourth and sixth placement areas 11d, 11f are valley-folded downward from the upper surface 12 of the areas 11d, 11f by the sixth to eighth valley fold lines 65 to 67, so that the fourth and sixth placement areas 11d, 11f are curled up into a fan shape (puckered up). In addition, the sixth valley fold line 65 to the eighth valley fold line 67 function as reinforcing ribs in the fourth placement area 11d and the sixth placement area 11f. In addition, by valley-folding the sixth to eighth valley fold lines 65 to 67, the respective end edges 37, 40, 55, 53 are raised, and the end edges 37, 40, 55, 53 can be easily gripped.
[0056] Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of a folding procedure for a Western jacket 71 (clothing) using the clothing folding device 10, and Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the folding procedure continued from Fig. 3. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of the folding procedure continued from Fig. 4, and Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an example of the folding procedure continued from Fig. 5. Fig. 7 is a diagram showing an example of the folding procedure continued from Fig. 6, and Fig. 8 is a diagram showing an example of the folding procedure continued from Fig. 7. Fig. 9 is a diagram of the Western jacket 71 (clothing) after it has been folded by the clothing folding device 10.
[0057] An example of the procedure for folding a Western jacket 71 (clothing) using the clothing folding tool 10 is as follows. Although a long-sleeved Western jacket 71 is shown as an example of clothing to be folded, the clothing to be folded includes three-quarter-sleeved Western jackets (including underwear), short-sleeved Western jackets (including underwear), sleeveless Western jackets (including underwear), etc. First, in the state of Figs. 1 and 2 in which the first placement area 11a to the sixth placement area 11f are laid out flatly in the vertical and width directions, the Western jacket 71 (clothing) is placed on the upper surface 12 of these areas 11a to 11f with the back body of the Western jacket 71 (clothing) on top and the front body on the bottom.
[0058] In the clothing folding device 10, as shown in FIG. 3, of the unfolded Western-style jacket 71 (clothing) before folding, the central upper part 73 of the body part 72 of the Western-style jacket 71 is placed on the upper surface 12 of the first placing area 11a, the central part 74 of the body part 72 of the Western-style jacket 71 is placed on the upper surface 12 of the second placing area 11b, and the right upper part 78 of the body part 72 of the Western-style jacket 71 including part of the right sleeve 77 is placed on the upper surface 12 of the third placing area 11c. Furthermore, the left upper portion 76 of the body 72 of the Western-style jacket 71, including part of the left sleeve 75, is placed on the upper surface 12 of the fourth placement area 11d, the right central portion 80 of the body 72 of the Western-style jacket 71 is placed on the upper surface 12 of the fifth placement area 11e, and the left central portion 79 of the body 72 of the Western-style jacket 71 is placed on the upper surface 12 of the sixth placement area 11f.
[0059] After placing the Western jacket 71 in the first placement area 11a to the sixth placement area 11f, the right sleeve 77 and the left sleeve 75 of the Western jacket 71 are folded onto the body 72 (back body) as shown in Fig. 4. Next, as shown in Fig. 5, the vicinity of the right edges 33, 48 of the third placement area 11c and the fifth placement area 11e are grasped, and the third placement area 11c is folded (bent) widthwise leftward (widthwise inward) around the first separation line 29 toward the top surface 12 of the first placement area 11a, and the fifth placement area 11e is folded (bent) widthwise leftward (widthwise inward) around the second folding line 43 toward the top surface 12 of the second placement area 11b.
[0060] Furthermore, the fourth placing area 11d and the sixth placing area 11f are grasped near the left edges 40, 55, and the fourth placing area 11d is folded (bent) widthwise to the right (widthwise inward) around the second separation line 36 toward the upper surface 12 of the first placing area 11a (the lower surface 13 of the third placing area 11c), and the sixth placing area 11f is folded (bent) widthwise to the right (widthwise inward) around the fourth fold line 50 toward the upper surface 12 of the second placing area 11b (the lower surface 13 of the fifth placing area 11e).
[0061] The clothing folding device 10 has a first hole 58 (opening) formed (perfectly circular) at a first intersection 57 where the first folding line 24 (the lower edge 15 of the first placing area 11a and the upper edge 25 of the second placing area 11b), the first separation line 29, the second folding line 43 (the right edge 27 of the second placing area 11b and the left edge 47 of the fifth placing area 11e) and the third folding line 44 (the lower edge 31 of the third placing area 11c and the upper edge 45 of the fifth placing area 11e) intersect, and the first folding line 24 (the lower edge 15 of the first placing area 11a and the upper edge 25 of the second placing area 11b), the second separation line 36 and the fourth folding line 50 (the left edge 28 of the second placing area 11b and the left edge 47 of the sixth placing area 11e) intersect. A circular (perfect circle) second hole 60 (opening) is formed (perforated) at a second intersection 59 where the right edge 54 of the placement area 11f) and the fifth folding line 51 (the lower edge 38 of the fourth placement area 11d, the upper edge 52 of the sixth placement area 11f) intersect, and when the third and fifth placement areas 11c, 11e are folded toward the upper surfaces 12 of the first and second placement areas 11a, 11b and the fourth and sixth placement areas 11d, 11f are folded, the air held in the outerwear 71 (clothing) is exhausted through the first hole 58 and the second hole 60, so that the third and fifth placement areas 11c, 11e and the fourth and sixth placement areas 11d, 11f can be easily folded.
[0062] In the clothing folding device 10, the third valley fold line 61, the fourth valley fold line 62, and the fifth valley fold line 63 are formed in the third placement area 11c and the fifth placement area 11e. Therefore, when the third and fifth placement areas 11c, 11e are folded widthwise leftward toward the upper surface 12 of the first placement area 11a and the second placement area 11b, the third and fifth placement areas 11c, 11e are curled up (constricted) into a fan shape, and the right upper part 78 including the right sleeve 77 and the right central part 80 of the body part 72 of the outerwear 71 (clothing) are lifted, so that the folding operation of the right upper part 78 including the right sleeve 77 and the right central part 80 of the body part 71 is easily performed. Since the sixth valley fold line 65, the seventh valley fold line 66 and the eighth valley fold line 67 are formed in the fourth placing area 11d and the sixth placing area 11f, when the fourth and sixth placing areas 11d, 11f are folded in the width direction toward the upper surfaces 12 of the first placing area 11a and the second placing area 11b, the fourth and sixth placing areas 11d, 11f curl up (constrict) into a fan shape and the left upper part 76 and left central part 79 including the left sleeve 75 of the body 72 of the outerwear jacket 71 (clothing) are lifted, so that the folding operation of the left upper part 76 and left central part 79 including the left sleeve 75 of the body 72 can be easily performed.
[0063] After the third and fifth placement areas 11c, 11e are folded leftward in the width direction (inward in the width direction), the third and fifth placement areas 11c, 11e are folded back leftward in the width direction (outward in the width direction) around the first separation line 29 and the second folding line 43 so as to be separated from the first and second placement areas 11a, 11b, as shown in Fig. 6, and the third and fifth placement areas 11c, 11e are unfolded in the width direction. After the third and fifth placement areas 11c, 11e are unfolded in the width direction, the fourth and sixth placement areas 11d, 11f are folded rightward in the width direction (inward in the width direction). After folding the fourth and sixth placement areas 11d, 11f, the fourth and sixth placement areas 11d, 11f are folded back to the left in the width direction (outward in the width direction) so as to separate from the first and second placement areas 11a, 11b around the second separation line 36 and the fourth folding line 50, and the fourth and sixth placement areas 11d, 11f are unfolded in the width direction. When the third and fifth placement areas 11d, 11e are unfolded in the width direction and the fourth and sixth placement areas 11d, 11f are unfolded in the width direction, the right upper part 78 and the right central part 80 of the body 72 of the Western jacket 71 (clothing) including the right sleeve 77 are folded over the central part 74 of the body 72, and the left upper part 76 and the left central part 79 of the body 72 of the Western jacket 71 (clothing) including the left sleeve 75 are folded over the central part 74 of the body 72.
[0064] 7, the vicinity of the upper edge 14 of the first placement area 11a is grasped, and the first placement area 11a is folded (bent) vertically downward toward the upper surface 12 of the second placement area 11b around the first folding line 24. When the clothing folding tool 10 folds the first placement area 11a toward the upper surface 12 of the second placement area 11b, the air held in the outerwear 71 (clothing) is exhausted through the first punch hole 58 and the second punch hole 60, so that the first placement area 11a can be easily folded.
[0065] After the first placement area 11a is folded vertically downward (after folding), the first placement area 11a is folded vertically upward about the first folding line 24 so as to separate it from the second placement area 11b, and the first placement area 11a is unfolded vertically. When the first placement area 11a is folded vertically downward, the upper half of the body 72 of the Western-style jacket 71 (clothing) overlaps with the lower half of the body 72 of the Western-style jacket 71, and the Western-style jacket 71 is folded, as shown in FIGS.
[0066] The clothing folding device 10 has a first valley fold line 20, a second valley fold line 21, a first folding area 22, and a second folding area 23 formed in the first placement area 11a, and by folding the first valley fold line 20, the first folding area 22 is folded so as to stand upward from the upper surface 12 of the first placement area 11a, and by folding the second valley fold line 21, the second folding area 23 is folded so as to stand upward from the upper surface 12 of the first placement area 11a. As a result, the central upper portion 73 of the body portion 72 of the outerwear jacket 71 (clothing) placed in the first placing area 11a is lifted up, so that the central upper portion 73 of the body portion 72 can be easily grasped together with the upper edge 14 of the first placing area 11a, and the first placing area 11a can be easily folded in the vertical direction toward the upper surface 12 of the second placing area 11b, and the central upper portion 73 of the body portion 72 can be easily folded.
[0067] The clothing folding device 10 has a first placement area 11a of a predetermined area for placing a central upper portion 73 of a body 72 of a Western-style jacket 71 (clothing), a second placement area 11b of a predetermined area for placing a central portion 74 of the body 72 of the Western-style jacket 71, a third placement area 11c of a predetermined area for placing a right upper portion 77 of the body 72 of the Western-style jacket 71 including a part of a right sleeve 77, and a fourth placement area 11d of a predetermined area for placing a left upper portion 76 of the body 72 of the Western-style jacket 71 including a part of a left sleeve 75. The placement area 11c is made up of a fifth placement area 11d for placing the right center portion 80 of the body 72 of the Western jacket 71, a fifth placement area 11e for placing the right center portion 80 of the body 72 of the Western jacket 71, and a sixth placement area 11f for placing the left center portion 79 of the body 72 of the Western jacket 71. The Western jacket 71 (clothing) is placed on the upper surfaces 12 of the first to sixth placement areas 11a to 11f, and the third and fifth placement areas 11c, 11e are moved widthwise leftward (widthwise inward) toward the upper surfaces 12 of the first and second placement areas 11a, 11b. ), the third and fifth placement areas 11c and 11e are folded back to the right in the width direction (outward in the width direction) so as to separate from the first and second placement areas 11a and 11b, and then the fourth and sixth placement areas 11d and 11f are folded back to the right in the width direction (inward in the width direction), and then the fourth and sixth placement areas 11d and 11f are folded back to the left in the width direction (outward in the width direction) so as to separate from the first and second placement areas 11a and 11b, and then the second placement areas 11c and 11e are folded back to the right in the width direction (inward in the width direction). The first placement area 11a is folded vertically toward the upper surface 12 of the area 11b, and then the first placement area 11a is folded vertically away from the second placement area 11b, thereby allowing the outerwear jacket 71 to be folded easily without requiring any practice, and folding one outerwear jacket 71 does not require much effort or time, allowing the folding task of the outerwear jacket 71 to be completed simply and in a short time.
[0068] In the clothing folding device 10, the first folding line 24 is located vertically above the third and fifth folding lines 11c and 11e, and the first folding line 25 is shifted upward relative to the third and fifth folding lines 44 and 51. This allows the third and fifth placement areas 11c and 11e to be easily folded widthwise to the right toward the top surfaces 12 of the first and second placement areas 11a and 11b, and the fourth and sixth placement areas 11c and 11e to be easily folded widthwise to the right toward the top surfaces 12 of the first and second placement areas 11a and 11b. Areas 11d, 11f can be easily folded to the left in the width direction, and the folding work of the left upper portion 76 and left central portion 79 of the body portion 72 of the Western jacket 71 (clothing) placed in the third and fifth placing areas 11c, 11e can be performed simply and in a short time, and the folding work of the right upper portion 78 and right central portion 80 of the body portion 72 of the Western jacket 71 (clothing) placed in the fourth and sixth placing areas 11d, 11f can be performed simply and in a short time.
[0069] In the clothing folding device 10, the third valley fold lines 61 to the fifth valley fold lines 63 formed in the third placing area 11c and the fifth placing area 11e function as reinforcing ribs, and the sixth valley fold lines 65 to the eighth valley fold lines 67 formed in the fourth placing area 11d and the sixth placing area 11f function as reinforcing ribs. Therefore, the third and fifth placing areas 11c, 11e and the fourth and sixth placing areas 11d, 11f are reinforced by the valley fold lines 61 to 63, 65 to 67, and twisting and sagging of the third and fifth placing areas 11c, 11e and the fourth and sixth placing areas 11d, 11f can be prevented when folding the outerwear 71 (clothing). The first to sixth placement areas 11a to 11f of the clothes folding tool 10 are made of synthetic paper, which is mainly made of synthetic resin and has excellent water resistance, durability, and oil resistance, so that the clothes folding tool 10 is able to retain its shape and can be used repeatedly without deterioration such as breakage or sagging, even if it is used repeatedly. Furthermore, the clothes folding tool 10 has a high degree of whiteness and is suitable for printing and writing, so it is easy to see and can have clear markings on its surface.
[0070] 10 is a perspective view of the clothes folder 10 folded when not in use. The clothes folder 10 is stored in the folded state when not in use. An example of the procedure for folding the clothes folder 10 when not in use is as follows. To fold an unused clothes folding device 10 from the unfolded state shown in Figures 1 and 2, grasp the vicinity of the right edges 33, 48 of the third and fifth placing areas 11c, 11e and fold (bend) the third and fifth placing areas 11c, 11e widthwise to the left (widthwise inward) around the first separation line 29 and the second fold line 43 toward the top surfaces 12 of the first and second placing areas 11a, 11b, and grasp the vicinity of the left edges 40, 55 of the fourth and sixth placing areas 11d, 11f and fold (bend) the fourth and sixth placing areas 11d, 11f widthwise to the right (widthwise inward) around the second separation line 36 and the fourth fold line 50 toward the top surfaces 12 of the first and second placing areas 11a, 11b (the bottom surfaces 13 of the third and fifth placing areas 11c, 11e). Next, the overlapping first placement area 11a, third placement area 11c, and fourth placement area 11d are folded (bent) vertically downward toward the top surface 12 of second placement area 11b (the bottom surfaces 13 of fifth and sixth placement areas 11e, 11f) around the first folding line 24, third folding line 44, and fifth folding line 51. By folding these areas 11a to 11f, the clothing folding device 10 is in the stored / storage state shown in Figure 10. The clothing folding device 10 is carried in the stored / storage state shown in Figure 10.
[0071] Since the clothing folding device 10 is composed of a single sheet having the first to sixth placement areas 11a to 11f, it is not bulky and can be folded up and stored compactly when not in use. Also, since the clothing folding device 10 is made of synthetic paper, the weight of the clothing folding device 10 can be reduced, making it easy to carry. [Explanation of symbols]
