Abstract

To provide a system, a method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for providing mobile device support service.SOLUTION: A system for providing mobile device support service monitors a state of a mobile device with an application installed on the mobile device, sends the state of the device on the basis of determination of the diagnosis result, and then starts to conduct a support session with a customer service representative.
