Abstract

To calculate and output a type of optimal workplace environment space installations in an office and the number of seats for the installations as design given conditions for the office.SOLUTION: A workplace environment design given condition calculation device comprises: a seat number calculation unit 11 that determines working hours for every behavior classification item relative to total working hours based on an aggregated working hours table, and according to the working hours for each classification item relative to the total working hours, and calculates, by proportional division, the number of seats for every behavior classification item relative to the total number of office users; a necessary seat number calculation unit 12 that calculates a necessary seat number obtained by multiplying the number of seats by a presence ratio; an installation evaluation value calculation unit 14 that aggregates selection results of a plurality of predetermined workplace environment space installations, and calculates, for every behavior classification item, an evaluation value of each workplace environment space installations according to the number of selection of each workplace environment space installations; and a given condition calculation unit 15 that, for every behavior classification item, proportionally divides the necessary seat number into the number of seats of each workplace environment space installations by using the necessary seat number and the evaluation value, and calculates the number of seats of each workplace environment space installations as design given conditions for an office.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
