[0011] Referring to FIG. 7, the output planetary gear assembly 36 includes an output planetary gear 361 , a positioning shaft 362 , and an output shaft 363 . The output planetary gear 361 is located on the outer periphery of the positioning shaft 362 , and the output planetary gear 361 meshes with the third planetary gear assembly 35 , and the output planetary gear 361 meshes with the fixed ring gear 32 . The positioning shaft 362 and the output shaft 363 are integrally injected or assembled and fixed. In this embodiment, the positioning shaft 362 and the output shaft 363 are assembled and fixed. The output shaft 363 includes a first step portion 3631, a second step portion 3632, and a shaft portion 4, and connects Figures 2 and 3 along the axial direction of the electric valve 100, where the second step portion 3632 is closer to the valve body 6 than the first step portion 3631, the shaft portion 4 is closer to the valve body 6 than the second step portion 3632, the radial width of the first step portion 3631 is greater than the radial width of the second step portion 3632, and the radial width of the shaft portion 4 is smaller than the radial width of the second step portion 3632. A portion of the output shaft 363 is located in the receiving chamber 91 of the connecting seat 9 , and a portion of the output shaft 363 passes through the connecting seat 9 and is connected to the valve body 6 by the shaft portion 4 . In this embodiment, the valve body 6 includes a spherical or nearly spherical surface, however, in other embodiments, the valve body 6 may have other shapes, such as cylindrical, frusto-conical, tapered, needle-like, etc. The valve body 6 has a passageway 61 extending therethrough, and the valve body assembly 5 includes at least two flow passageways 52,53. After the circuit board 7 controls the stator assembly 22 to be energized, the stator assembly 22 generates an excitation magnetic field, and the rotor assembly 21 rotates the sun gear 31 through excitation by magnetic force, and the sun gear 31 rotates the first planetary gear assembly 33, and the first planetary gear assembly 33 rotates the second planetary gear assembly 34, and the second planetary gear assembly 34 rotates the third planetary gear assembly 35, and the third planetary gear assembly 36 rotates the second planetary gear assembly 37. The planetary gear assembly 35 rotates an output planetary gear 361, and the output planetary gear 361 moves an output shaft 363 via a positioning shaft 362. The shaft portion 4 of the output shaft 363 is operatively connected to the valve body 6, and the rotation of the shaft portion 4 rotates the valve body 6. As the valve body 6 rotates, the hole 61 of the valve body 6 can connect or disconnect the flow passages 52, 53 of the valve body assembly 5, thereby achieving on / off control of the fluid by the electric valve 100. In this embodiment, the motor-operated valve 100 is a two-way valve and the number of flow passages is two. In other embodiments, the motor-operated valve 100 may be a three-way valve, a four-way valve or other multi-way valve, i.e., the number of flow passages in the valve body assembly 5 may be three, four or more, and by rotating the valve body 6, two or more of the flow passages can be connected, thereby achieving fluid switching control by the motor-operated valve 100.

[0012] 9 to 11, the connecting seat 9 includes a main body portion 92 and a first flange portion 93, the first flange portion 93 extending radially outward from the outer periphery of the side wall of the main body portion 92, and the main body portion 92 is integrally processed and molded with the first flange portion 93. The body portion 92 includes a bottom portion 921 and a side wall 922 . The main body 92 defines a storage chamber 91 located inside the inner wall of the side wall 922 and above the bottom 921 . The bottom portion 921 has a first through hole 923 as one opening of the accommodation chamber 91, and this first through hole 923 penetrates the bottom portion 921 along the axial direction and is located in the center of the bottom portion 921.

[0013] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the electric valve 100 includes a crimp nut 82 fitted onto the radial outer periphery of the side wall of the main body portion 92 of the connecting seat 9, and the crimp nut 82 abuts against one end face of the first flange portion 93, and sets the up-down direction in the direction of Figure 2. In this embodiment, the crimp nut 82 abuts against the upper surface of the first flange portion 93, and the crimp nut 82 is screwed into the valve body assembly 5, whereby the connecting seat 9 is fixedly connected to the valve body assembly 5. The connecting seat 9 and the fixed ring gear 32 are fixedly connected to each other by a method such as welding or riveting.

[0014] Combining Figures 5, 6, and 9 to 11, the first step portion 3631 of the output shaft 363 is located in the accommodating chamber 91 of the connecting seat 9 and abuts the bottom 921, the height of the second step portion 3632 of the output shaft 363 in the axial direction of the electric valve is h1, and the depth of the first through hole 923 in the axial direction of the electric valve is h2. The height of the second step portion 3632 of the output shaft 363 in the axial direction of the motor-operated valve is greater than the depth of the first through-hole 923 in the axial direction of the motor-operated valve, that is, h1>h2. Therefore, a part of the second step portion 3632 is located within the first through hole 923, and another part of the second step portion 3632 passes through the first through hole 923 and protrudes from the lower end surface of the bottom portion 921, and the protruding part is located in the valve body chamber 51, and the height of the second step portion 3632 located within the valve body chamber 51 along the axial direction of the electric valve is h1-h2, where h1-h2=0.1 to 0.2 mm.

[0015] 5 and 8, the motorized valve 100 further includes a position limiting frame 83 fixedly connected to the shaft portion 4. It should be noted here that the position limiting frame 83 and the shaft portion 4 may be separate structures and are fixedly connected to each other by welding, temporary fastening or other methods, or the position limiting frame 83 and the shaft portion 4 may be an integral structure and are fixedly connected to each other. The position limiting frame 83 is located on a side of the connecting seat 9 that is relatively close to the valve body 6, and the position limiting frame 83 is disposed opposite the connecting seat 9 along the axial direction. The opposing installation described here means that the outer diameter of the position limiting frame 83 is larger than the hole diameter of the first through hole 923, and the part of the position limiting frame 83 that is larger than the hole diameter of the first through hole 923 and the corresponding part of the connecting seat 9 are installed opposite each other. The position limiting frame 83 has a mounting hole 831 arranged along the axial direction and penetrating the position limiting frame 83, and a portion of the shaft portion 4 is positioned within the mounting hole 831 of the position limiting frame 83, and a portion of the shaft portion 4 passes through the mounting hole 831 and is connected to the valve body 6. The shape of the mounting hole 831 is the same as the shape of the part of the shaft portion 4 located within the mounting hole 831, and the outer size of the mounting hole 831 is slightly larger than the outer size of the shaft portion 4; for example, the length of the mounting hole 831 is made 0.02 mm larger than the length of the shaft portion 4, and the width of the mounting hole 831 is made 0.02 mm larger than the width of the shaft portion 4, thereby enabling the shaft portion 4 to pass through the position limiting frame 83. A portion of the upper end surface of the position limiting frame 83 abuts against the second step portion 3632 of the output shaft 363, and another portion of the upper end surface of the position limiting frame 83 does not abut against the second step portion 3632 of the output shaft 363, and the lower end of the position limiting frame 83 is welded and fixed to the shaft portion 4. In this embodiment, the mounting hole 831 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped, and the lower end surface of the mounting hole 831 is substantially rectangular, and the lower end surface includes two long sides and two short sides that are arranged in parallel. The position limiting frame 83 can be fixed to the shaft portion 4 by laser welding near the two parallel long sides, and in order to reinforce the position limiting frame 83 and the shaft portion 4, the two parallel short sides are also fixed to the shaft portion 4 by laser welding. The position limiting frame 83 and the shaft portion 4 are fixed by assembly and welding, which is a more reliable fixing method than fixing the position limiting frame 83 and the shaft portion 4 by temporary tightening, reduces the risk of the position limiting frame 83 being improperly fixed, and extends the service life of the position limiting frame 83. Here, the mounting hole 831 is not limited to the rectangular parallelepiped structure in the embodiment, but may have another structure such as a cylindrical shape.

[0016] The height h1 of the second stage portion 3632 of the output shaft 363 in the axial direction of the electric valve is greater than the depth h2 of the first through hole in the axial direction of the electric valve, and a portion of the upper end surface of the position limiting frame 83 abuts against the second stage portion 3632 of the output shaft 363, while another portion of the upper end surface of the position limiting frame 83 does not abut against the second stage portion 3632 of the output shaft 363. Therefore, the upper end surface of the portion of the position limiting frame 83 that does not abut against the second step portion 3632 of the output shaft 363 is disposed opposite to the lower end surface of the connecting seat 9, which is the end surface of the connecting seat 9 that is closer to the valve body 6, and a gap exists. The size of this gap is h1-h2, which is usually between 0.1 to 0.2 mm. By maintaining a constant gap between the position limiting frame 83 and the connecting seat 9, the frictional resistance when the position limiting frame 83 rotates can be reduced. When the fluid flowing through the electric valve is a high-pressure fluid, the fluid located in the valve body chamber 51 acts on the end face of the shaft portion 4, generating upward pressure along one axial direction on the shaft portion 4, and due to the action of pressure, the position limiting frame 83 and the output shaft 363 fixedly connected to the shaft portion 4 move upward a certain distance until the position limiting frame 83 abuts against the lower end face of the connecting seat 9. This distance is the aforementioned gap h1-h2. When the axial pressure is large, the position limiting frame 83 and the lower end surface of the connecting seat 9 come into contact, and the position limiting frame 83 can transmit part of the pressure to the connecting seat 9. The connecting seat 9 is fixedly connected to the valve body assembly 5 to achieve a balance of forces, so that some or most of the pressure due to the high-pressure fluid is offset and transmitted to the planetary gear assemblies 33-36 of each stage by the output shaft 363. In this way, it is advantageous to reduce the extrusion due to the fluid pressure between the planetary gear assemblies of each stage, which is advantageous to reduce the friction loss of the planetary gear assemblies, and thus to improve the service life of the transmission mechanism and, ultimately, the service life of the electric valve.

[0017] Referring to FIG. 8, the position limiting frame 83 further includes a stopper portion 832 . The stopper portion 832 includes a first stopper surface 8321 , a second stopper surface 8323 and a non-stopper surface 8322 . In this embodiment, the non-stopper surface 8322 is an arc surface, the first stopper surface 8321 and the second stopper surface 8323 are flat surfaces, the first stopper surface 8321 is directly connected to one end of the non-stopper surface 8322 or is connected by a connecting arc surface, the second stopper surface 8323 is directly connected to the other end of the non-stopper surface 8322 or is connected by a connecting arc surface, and the first stopper surface 8321 is not directly connected to the second stopper surface 8323. In FIG. 8, the first stopper surface 8321, the non-stopper surface 8322, and the second stopper surface 8323 are part of the annular outer peripheral wall of the stopper portion 832.

[0018] Additionally, the motorized valve 100 includes a position limiting post 84 . 12, the position-limiting post 84 is generally T-shaped, and includes a head portion 841 and a rod portion 842. As shown in FIG. The diameter of the head portion 841 is larger than the diameter of the rod portion 842 . Furthermore, referring to Figures 9 and 11, the connecting seat 9 has a mounting chamber 924 for mounting the position limiting column 84, and this mounting chamber 924 penetrates the bottom 921 along the axial direction, the mounting chamber 924 is farther from the central axis DD of the connecting seat 9 than the first through hole 923, and the mounting chamber 924 includes a first mounting chamber 9241 and a second mounting chamber 9242 provided in the axial direction. The first mounting chamber 9241 and the second mounting chamber 9242 communicate with each other. The second mounting chamber 9242 is closer to the valve body 6 than the first mounting chamber 9241. The inner diameter of the first mounting chamber 9241 is larger than the inner diameter of the second mounting chamber 9242. The connection seat 9 includes a third step portion 925 as part of the chamber wall of the mounting chamber 924 . With a step surface 9251 of the third step portion 925 as a boundary, the portion above this step surface 9251 is a first mounting chamber 9241 , and the portion below the step surface 9251 is a second mounting chamber 9242 . The head 841 of the position limiting column 84 is located in the first mounting chamber 9241, and the head 841 of the position limiting column 84 abuts the third step portion 925, and the head 841 of the position limiting column 84 does not exceed the opening at the upper end of the first mounting chamber 9241, which is an opening away from the end of the valve body assembly in the first mounting chamber 9241, thereby preventing the position limiting column 84 from affecting the rotation of the output shaft 363, and the diameter of the head 841 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first mounting chamber 9241, and there is a clearance fit between the head and the chamber wall forming the first mounting chamber. A part of the rod portion 842 of the position limiting column 84 is located in the second mounting chamber 9242, and the diameter of the rod portion 842 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the second mounting chamber 9242. There is a tight fit between the rod portion 842 located in the second mounting chamber 9242 and the third step portion 925, which is the chamber wall forming the second mounting chamber. The remaining part of the rod portion 842 passes through the second mounting chamber 9242 and is located in the valve body chamber 51. When the position limiting frame 83 rotates, this part of the rod portion 842 that passes through the second mounting chamber 9242 and is located in the valve body chamber 51 can abut against the first stopper surface 8321 or the second stopper surface 8323 of the position limiting frame 83. Since the position limiting column 84 does not contact the non-stopper surface 8322, the angle of rotation of the position limiting frame 83 can be limited, and the angle of rotation of the shaft portion 4 can be limited. Then, the position limiting pillar 84 is pushed downward from the upper end of the mounting chamber 924 so that the head 841 of the position limiting pillar 84 abuts against the third step portion 925 of the connecting seat 9, which is the chamber wall that forms the mounting chamber. This makes it possible to install the third step portion 925, which limits the movement of the position limiting column 84 in a direction closer to the valve body assembly 5, thereby reducing the risk of the position limiting column 84 falling into the valve body chamber 51 and improving the service life of the position limiting column 84.

[0019] As shown in FIG. 5, the connecting seat 9 has a positioning hole 94, and the valve body assembly 5 is provided with a corresponding positioning pillar (not shown). The positioning pillar 84 and the positioning hole 94 are fitted together to fulfill the role of positioning. Furthermore, as shown in Figures 4 and 9, the connecting seat 9 includes a fourth step portion 926 located on the inner circumference of the side wall of the connecting seat 9, and along the axial direction of the motor-operated valve, the third step portion 925 is closer to the valve body 6 than the fourth step portion 926. Furthermore, the connecting seat 9 includes a crimping portion 927 located at the upper end of the body portion 92 , which is used for fixed connection with the fixed ring gear 32 . The connecting seat 9 may be a metal member, for example, made of stainless steel and machined to obtain a desired structure and shape. As shown in Figures 3 and 9, the fixed ring gear 32 has a second flange portion 321 located at the end of the fixed ring gear 32 closer to the valve body assembly 5, and the second flange portion 321 extends radially outward from the outer peripheral wall of the fixed ring gear 32. The lower surface of the second flange portion 321 of the fixed ring gear 32 abuts against the fourth step portion 926, and the outer peripheral surface of the second flange portion 321 abuts against the side wall 922 of the main body portion of the connecting seat, and the crimping portion 927 of the connecting seat and the fixed ring gear 32 are fixed by riveting.

[0020] The above examples are not intended to limit the present invention. Although the present specification has already described the present invention in detail with reference to the above examples, amendments or equivalent substitutions can be made to the present invention, and all improvements that do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention are within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
