Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a support component used in a wedge-fastening type temporary scaffolding having a plurality of supports and a fabric material whose both ends are removably attached to adjacent supports.
[0002] In this specification and claims, the top and bottom of Figs. 1, 2, and 4 to 11 will be referred to as the top and bottom. [Background technology]
[0003] The above-mentioned support of the wedge-fastening temporary scaffolding is constructed by connecting a plurality of support components in the longitudinal direction, or by using them individually, each of which comprises a cylindrical column member and a group of four socket fittings, each of which is U-shaped in plan view and fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the column member at equal angular intervals in the circumferential direction. The socket fitting comprises a pair of flanges and a web portion that integrally connects both flanges, and the tips of both flanges are fixed to the column member. The column member and the socket fitting form an insertion space that opens upward and into which an insert fitting provided on the fabric material of the temporary scaffolding is inserted. The insert fittings are provided on both ends of the fabric material used in the wedge-fastening temporary scaffolding, and the insert fittings are inserted from above into the insertion space of the socket fittings, and the insert fittings are pressed against the outer circumferential surface of the column member and the surface of the web portion of the socket fitting facing the column member, and are held in a fastened state by the wedge action, thereby fixing the fabric material to the column.
[0004] In order to reduce the burden on workers when carrying them, there is a demand for the weight of the pole-constituting members, and the diameter of the pole-constituting members may be reduced. However, when the outer diameter of the pole-constituting members is reduced, there is a problem that the insert metal fittings provided at both ends of the fabric material made to fit the pole-constituting members having a normal outer diameter cannot be inserted into the insertion spaces of the socket metal fittings and held in a tightly fastened state.
[0005] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the applicant previously proposed a support component for a wedge-fastening type temporary scaffolding as described in Patent Document 1.
[0006] The pillar component of a wedge-fastened temporary scaffolding described in Patent Document 1 comprises a cylindrical pillar member and a group of socket fittings consisting of four socket fittings that are U-shaped in plan view and fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the pillar member at equal angular intervals in the circumferential direction, the socket fittings consisting of a pair of flange portions and a web portion that connects both flange portions together, and the tips of both flange portions are fixed to the pillar member, the pillar member and the socket fitting form an insertion space that opens upward and into which an insert fitting provided on the fabric material of the temporary scaffolding can be inserted, and a spacer is provided between the tips of the two flange portions of the socket fittings, the horizontal cross-sectional shape of which is an arc that follows the outer circumferential surface of the pillar member and has a constant thickness in the radial direction of the pillar member. This is a pillar component for a wedge-fastened temporary scaffolding.
[0007] According to the wedge-fastened temporary scaffolding equipped with supports made of support components described in Patent Document 1, even if the diameter of the support components is reduced, as long as the radius of curvature of the outer surface of the spacer is equal to half the outer diameter of a support component having a normal outer diameter, the insert metal fittings provided at both ends of the fabric material made to fit the support component having a normal outer diameter can be inserted into the insertion space of the socket metal fittings and held in a fastened state by the wedge action. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the weight of the support components. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0008] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 7377402 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0009] However, in the case of a wedge-fastened temporary scaffolding equipped with a support made of the support component member described in Patent Document 1, there is a slight gap between the portion of the insert metal fitting of the fabric material that protrudes above the socket metal fitting and the fabric material, so when horizontal forces are continuously applied to the support due to shaking or vibration, the horizontal forces are not easily transmitted directly to the fabric material, and are transmitted mainly to the insert metal fitting via the socket metal fitting. As a result, there is a risk of an upward force acting on the insert metal fitting.

In this state, the upper end of the abutment portion (181) of the second spacer (18) is located above the center of the fabric material (3) in the up-down direction.
[0044] An engagement portion (56) that projects leftward and engages with the upper ends of the web portions (15) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) is provided at a vertically intermediate portion of the protruding wall (52) of the wedge holding member (5) and below the fabric material (3). The wedge holding member (5) is inserted from above into the insertion space (16) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) so that its lower end projects downward beyond the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) and its portion above the engagement portion (56) is positioned above the socket fittings (12A) and (12B). The wedge retaining member (5) is retained by the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) with the base portion (51) fitting along the left side surface of the receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17) and the left side surface of the abutment portion (181) of the second spacer (18) and the engagement portion (56) engaging with the upper end of the web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) and the protruding wall (52) not in contact with the web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B).
[0045] The wedge (6) is longer than the wedge holding member (5) and is housed inside the wedge holding member (5) so as to be movable in the vertical direction with its longitudinal direction facing the vertical direction. The wedge (6) has a first pressure contact portion (61) at the left side of the lower part that can be pressed against the inner surface of the web portion (15) of the socket metal fitting (12A) (12B), and a second pressure contact portion (62) at the right side below the first pressure contact portion (61) that can be pressed against the protruding end edge of the protruding piece (53) of the wedge holding member (5). The first pressure contact portion (61) is inclined downward to the right, and its vertical length is slightly longer than the vertical length of the socket metal fitting (12A) (12B). The second pressure contact portion (62) is inclined downward to the left, and its vertical length is longer than the thickness of the protruding piece (53). The lower end surface of the wedge (6) is rounded so as to protrude downward. A guide portion (63) that is continuous with the lower end surface of the wedge (6) and inclines upward and to the right is provided on the right side surface of the wedge (6) below the second pressure contact portion (62).
[0046] As shown in Figure 7, when the wedge (6) is not fastened, its lower end is received by the protruding piece (53) of the wedge holding member (5) and its upper part protrudes above the wedge holding member (5), so that the first pressure contact portion (61) is not pressed against the inner surface of the web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) (12B) and the second pressure contact portion (62) is not pressed against the protruding end edge of the protruding piece (53) of the wedge holding member (5).
[0047] A compression coil spring (7) is disposed between the upper portion of the wedge (6) and the upper end of the wedge holding member (5), which biases the upper portion of the wedge (6) toward the fabric material (3) to hold the wedge (6) in an untightened state. One end of the compression coil spring (7) is fitted into a circular through hole (54) in the base portion (51) of the wedge holding member (5). A retaining piece (57) is provided above the circular through hole (54) in the base portion (51) so that the compression coil spring (7) comes into contact with the compression coil spring (7) when the wedge (6) is moved upward relative to the wedge holding member (5), thereby preventing the compression coil spring (7) from coming out of the circular through hole (54).
[0048] The transition from the untightened state to the fastened state is achieved by driving the wedge (6) downward from the untightened state, and the guide portion (63) moving downward while sliding against the protruding piece (53), so that the lower end portion protrudes below the wedge holding member (5). At this time, the first pressure contact portion (61) is pressed against the inner surface of the web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B), and the second pressure contact portion (62) is pressed against the protruding end edge of the protruding piece (53) of the wedge holding member (5). As a result, the portion of the base portion (51) of the wedge holding member (5) present inside the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) is pressed against the receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17), and as a result, the insert fitting (4) is stretched between the web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) and the spacer (17) to be in a fastened state. At the same time, the portion of the base portion (51) of the wedge retaining member (5) of the insert metal fitting (4) that is located above the socket metal fittings (12A) (12B) is pressed against the abutment portion (181) of the second spacer (18), so that the horizontal force applied to the support (2) acts directly on the fabric material (3) via the wedge retaining member (5) of the insert metal fitting (4).
[0049] Furthermore, in a wedge-tightened temporary scaffolding (1) equipped with a support (2) made of the support component (10) of this invention, even if the diameter of the support component (10) used is reduced, as long as the radius of curvature of the surface facing the web portion (15) of the receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17) is made equal to 1 / 2 the outer diameter of a support component having a normal outer diameter, the wedge retaining members (5) provided at both ends of the fabric material (3) made to fit a support component having a normal outer diameter can be inserted into the insertion spaces (16) of the socket fittings (12A) (12B) and retained in a fastened state by the wedge action.
[0050] Furthermore, when horizontal force is continuously applied to the support (2) due to shaking or vibration, the horizontal force applied to the support (2) is transmitted directly to the fabric material (3) via the portion of the wedge retaining member (5) of the insert metal fitting (4) that protrudes upward beyond the socket metal fittings (12A) and (12B). Therefore, it is possible to prevent the application of an upward force to the insert metal fitting (4) that would loosen the fastening force created by the wedge action.
[0051] 8 to 10 show modified examples of the first spacer and / or the second spacer of the pillar-constituting member.
[0052] In Figure 8, the first spacer (20) arranged in the socket fittings (12A) (12B) is equipped with a receiving portion (21) against which the insert fitting (4) of the fabric material (3) is pressed during fastening, and a plate-shaped main body portion (22) which has an arc-shaped horizontal cross section with the center of the pillar member (11) as the center of curvature and has a constant thickness in the radial direction of the pillar member (11), is arranged between the tips of the two flange portions (14) of the socket fittings (12A) (12B), and follows a part of the outer circumferential surface of the pillar member (11).

[0057] The length of the main body 32 in the vertical direction is slightly longer than the height of the socket fittings 12A and 12B, and the upper and lower ends are located outside the socket fittings 12A and 12B. The width of the portion of the main body 32 located inside the socket fittings 12A and 12B is constant overall, and a convex piece 33 that fits into the notches 141 of both flanges 14 of the socket fittings 12A and 12B is integrally provided at the vertical center of both side edges of the constant width portion. The convex pieces 33 of the first spacer 30 are adapted to fit into the notches 141 of both flanges 14 of the socket fittings 12A and 12B.
[0058] The receiving portion (31) of the first spacer (30) has an upper end located below the upper end of the main body portion (32) and a lower end located above the lower end of the main body portion (32). The other configuration of the receiving portion (31) is similar to that of the receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17) shown in Figures 2 to 5.
[0059] The second spacer (40) is separate from the first spacer (30) and has a similar configuration to the abutment portion (171) and main body portion (172) of the second spacer (17) shown in Figures 2 to 5, except that the abutment portion (41) and the plate-shaped main body portion (42) on which the abutment portion (41) is provided are formed separately from the abutment portion (31) and the plate-shaped main body portion (32) of the first spacer (30). The upper ends of the main body portion (42) and the abutment portion (41) of the second spacer (40) are located above the center portion of the fabric material (3) in the up-down direction, and similarly, the lower ends are located below the lower end of the fabric material (3).
[0060] 10 and 11, a first spacer (80) having a receiving portion (81) against which the insert metal fitting (4) of the fabric material (3) is pressed when fastened is disposed in the vertical middle of each socket fitting (12A) (12B) and fixed to the pillar member (11).
