[0041] [Table 5]
[0042] Test Example 1 1 g of the granular pesticide compositions obtained in Production Examples 1 to 9 and Comparative Examples 1 to 9 was sampled five times, and the active ingredient content was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to determine the average value and the coefficient of variation. The hardness of the obtained particles was measured using a simple particle hardness tester manufactured by Tsutsui Rikagaku Kikai Co., Ltd., in the following manner. Note that a small-scale scale type 3 and a conical pressure rod were used in this test. (i) Place the test grain on the sample stage and turn the pressure handle to lower the pressure rod. (ii) Turn the handle slowly, and record the hardness (kg) indicated by the needle when the test grain is crushed and the needle returns to its original position. This procedure was repeated three times, and the average value was recorded as the hardness. The results are shown in Tables 6 to 9. As is clear from these results, the pesticide granular compositions of the present invention obtained in Production Examples 1 to 9 have a smaller coefficient of variation in the analytical values of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor competitive modulator or ryanodine receptor modulator than the pesticide granular compositions obtained in Comparative Examples 1 to 9, and the content of the active ingredient in the composition is uniform, so it is expected that a stable biological effect will be obtained. In addition, the coefficient of variation in the analytical values is small even for active ingredients with melting points of 100°C or less, so it is expected that a stable biological effect will be obtained.
