[0021] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, a general-purpose combine harvester has a traveling device 2 consisting of a pair of left and right crawlers that travels on the soil surface on the underside of a body frame 1, a pre-harvesting processing device 3 that harvests grain stalks in the field is provided on the front side of the body frame 1, a thresher 4 that threshes and sorts the harvested grain stalks is provided on the rear left side of the pre-harvesting processing device 3, and a control unit 5 on which an operator sits is provided on the rear right side of the pre-harvesting processing device 3.

[0022] An engine room 6 that houses the engine is provided below the control unit 5, a grain tank 7 that stores threshed and sorted grains is provided behind the control unit 5, and a discharge auger 8 that discharges the grains to the outside is provided behind the grain tank 7. The control unit 5 is covered by a cabin 9.

[0023] The pre-harvesting processing device 3 is composed of a raking device 3A that stands the culms in the field and transports them to the rear, a cutting blade device 3B that cuts the base of the culms transported to the lower rear side of the raking device 3A, an auger device 3C that gathers the culms transported to the rear of the raking device 3A to the left side, and a feeder house 3D that transports the gathered culms to the threshing device 4.

[0024] The discharge auger 8 is formed of a vertical discharge section 8A extending in the vertical direction provided on the rear side of the grain tank 7, a horizontal discharge section 8B extending in the front-to-rear direction from the upper part of the vertical discharge section 8A, and a discharge section 8C at the tip of the horizontal discharge section 8B.

[0025] As shown in FIG. 3, when the storage switch 31 of the remote control device 30 shown in FIG. 5 is pressed, the discharge auger 8 moves to the storage position P1. When the start switch 32 is pressed, the front part of the horizontal discharge part 8B of the discharge auger 8 rises a predetermined distance. In this state, when the left switch 33 is pressed, the front part of the horizontal discharge part 8B rotates counterclockwise around the axis of the vertical discharge part 8A and moves to the left extension position P2, and when the right switch 34 is pressed, the front part of the horizontal discharge part 8B rotates clockwise around the axis of the vertical discharge part 8A and moves to the right extension position P3. As a result, when grains are discharged onto the bed of a truck parked on the left side of the traveling direction of the combine, the left switch 33 is pressed to move the discharge auger 8 to the left extension position P2, and when grains are discharged onto the bed of a truck parked on the right side, the right switch 34 is pressed to move the discharge auger 8 to the right extension position P3, so that grains can be discharged quickly. The remote control device 30 is connected to the controller arranged in the control unit 5 by wire, but can also be connected wirelessly.

[0026] When the discharge auger 8 moves to the stored position P1, the intersection angle between the imaginary line extending in the front-to-rear direction and the lateral discharge portion 8B is set to 20 degrees in the counterclockwise direction, when the discharge auger 8 moves to the left protruding position P2, the intersection angle between the imaginary line extending in the front-to-rear direction and the lateral discharge portion 8B is set to 35 degrees in the counterclockwise direction, and when the discharge auger 8 moves to the right protruding position P3, the intersection angle between the imaginary line extending in the front-to-rear direction and the lateral discharge portion 8B is set to 30 degrees in the clockwise direction. This allows a worker on board the control unit 5 to operate the remote control device 30 and easily move the discharge portion 8C above the bed of a truck parked near the left or right side of the control unit while visually checking the discharge portion 8C of the discharge auger 8.

[0027] Provided above the storage switch 31 and the start switch 32 is a discharge switch 35 which starts the conveying spiral built into the discharge auger 8 to discharge the grains, and stops driving the conveying spiral to stop the discharge of the grains.

[0028] As shown in Fig. 4, when the extension switch 36A of the remote control device 30 is pressed, the length of the lateral discharge section 8B is increased and the discharge section 8C moves forward, and when the contraction switch 36B is pressed, the length of the lateral discharge section 8B is decreased and the discharge section 8C moves backward. This allows the grains to be discharged evenly onto the truck bed.

[0029] Between the extension switch 36A and the retraction switch 35B, there are provided a left swing switch 37L for swinging the discharge part 8C left about the central axis of the lateral discharge part 8B, and a right swing switch 37R for swinging the discharge part 8C right about the central axis of the lateral discharge part 8B. This allows the grains to be discharged more evenly onto the bed of the truck.

[0030] <No. 1 reference Operation panel type> As shown in Fig. 6, a front panel 11 is provided in front of a driver's seat 10 of the control section 5. A monitor 12 that displays the engine output speed and the like is provided in the center of the front panel 11, and an operating lever 13 for rotating the traveling device 2 and raising and lowering the raking device 3A is provided to the right of the monitor 12. A pipe-shaped handle 14 extending in the left-right direction that an operator holds to maintain a working posture is provided above the front panel 11. The remote control device 30 is suspended from the handle 14.

[0031] A side panel 15 is provided on the left side of the cockpit 10. An accelerator dial 16A for increasing or decreasing the output rotation of the engine is provided in the front of the side panel 15, and a main speed change lever ("speed change lever" in the claims) 16 for operating a continuously variable transmission that switches between forward and reverse directions and changes the speed in the forward and reverse directions is provided on the left side of the accelerator dial 16A. A sub-speed change lever 17 for changing gears in the transmission that increases or decreases the output rotation transmitted from the continuously variable transmission is provided on the right side of the main speed change lever 16 and in front of the accelerator dial 16A. The output rotation of the continuously variable transmission is transmitted to the traveling device 2 via the transmission.

[0032] To the rear of the main speed change lever 16 is provided a cutting and de-coupling lever 18 which operates a cutting clutch that transmits the output rotation of the engine to the pre-cutting processing device 3 and a threshing clutch that transmits the rotation to the threshing device 4, and to the left of the cutting and de-coupling lever 18 is provided a discharge lever 19 which operates a discharge clutch that transmits the output rotation of the engine to the discharge auger 8.

[0033] An operation panel 20 for finely adjusting the position of the discharge auger 8 is provided in front of the main speed change lever 16. A seesaw-shaped left / right switch 21 for rotating the discharge auger 8 in the left / right direction is provided on the upper part of the operation panel 20, and a seesaw-shaped up / down switch 22 for raising and lowering the discharge auger 8 in the up / down direction is provided below the left / right switch 21. This allows an operator on the control unit 5 to operate the left / right switch 21 and the up / down switch 22 while visually checking the discharge portion 8C of the discharge auger 8 to move the discharge portion 8C to a suitable position above the bed of the truck. Note that the up / down switch 22 can also be provided on the upper part of the operation panel 20, and the left / right switch 21 can be provided below the up / down switch 22.

[0034] As shown in Fig. 7, in a side view, the operation panel 20 is provided with a downward tilt to the rear, with the front part of the operation panel 20 located on the operation lever 13 and the rear part of the operation panel 20 located forward of the main speed change lever 16. As a result, when an operator swings the up / down switch 22 forward along the operation panel 20, the discharge auger 8 rises, and when an operator swings the up / down switch 22 rearward along the operation panel 20, the discharge auger 8 descends, so that the operator's image of operation matches the rising and lowering of the discharge auger 8, preventing erroneous operation by the operator. The intersecting angle between the virtual line extending in the front-rear direction and the operation panel 20 is preferably 30 to 70 degrees, and Fig. 7 illustrates the operation panel 20 with an intersecting angle of 60 degrees.

[0035] 8, in rear view, the operation panel 20 is located to the left of the main speed change lever 16, and the left / right switch 21 and the up / down switch 22 are located above the ejection lever 19. This makes it possible to prevent the operator from accidentally operating the left / right switch 21 or the up / down switch 22 while operating the main speed change lever 16.

[0036] <2nd reference Operation panel type> Figures 9 to 11 show the second reference The operation panel 20 shown in FIG. reference The same members as those in the operation panel 20 of the embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.

[0037] Second reference The operation panel 20 in the form of a 3D display is provided facing the cockpit 10 where the operator is seated. This allows the operator in the control section 5 to easily see the left / right switch 21 and the up / down switch 22 on the operation panel 20, which further prevents erroneous operation by the operator. The intersection angle between the virtual line extending in the front-rear direction and the operation panel 20 is preferably 20 to 30 degrees, and Fig. 9 shows the operation panel 20 with an intersection angle of 30 degrees.

[0038] <Operation Panel of Third Embodiment> 12 to 14 show an operation panel 20 according to a third embodiment. reference The same members as those in the operation panel 20 of the embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.

[0039] The operation panel 20 of the third embodiment is formed of a horizontal portion 20A and an inclined portion 20B formed with a downward inclination from the rear end of the horizontal portion 20A, with a left / right switch 21 arranged on the horizontal portion 20A and an up / down switch 22 arranged on the inclined portion 20B. As a result, only the up / down switch 22 is arranged on the inclined portion 20B, which further prevents erroneous operation by the operator. The intersection angle between the imaginary line extending in the front-rear direction and the inclined portion 20B is preferably 30 to 70 degrees, and FIG. 13 illustrates an operation panel 20 with an intersection angle of 60 degrees.

[0040] FIG. 15 illustrates a modified example of the operation panel 20 of the third embodiment. In a plan view, the horizontal portion 20A of the operation panel 20 is formed in a rectangular shape having a long side in the left-right direction and a short side in the front-rear direction. In addition, the inclined portion 20B formed with a downward slope from the rear end of the horizontal portion 20A is formed in a rectangular shape having a short side in the left-right direction and a long side in the front-rear direction. As a result, when the operator swings the left-right switch 21 to the left along the horizontal portion 20A, the discharge auger 8 turns to the left (counterclockwise), and when the operator swings the left-right switch 21 to the right along the horizontal portion 20A, the discharge auger 8 turns to the right (clockwise). Therefore, the operation image of the operator and the turning direction of the discharge auger 8 match, and erroneous operation by the operator can be prevented.

[0041] Moreover, instead of the left / right switch 21, a pair of left / right switches 23 are provided, and instead of the up / down switch 22, a pair of up / down switches 24 are provided.

[0042] <Protective Member of First Embodiment> 16 and 17, instead of the cabin 9 covering the control section 5, a sun visor 40 is provided above the control section 5. The rear part of the sun visor 40 is rotatably fixed to the upper part of a pair of left and right support frames 41 that extend forward and upward from the front part of the upper wall of the grain tank 7.

[0043] The support frame 41 is provided with a protection frame 42 extending rearward and upward from a vertical middle portion of the support frame 41 .

[0044] Both side portions of a generally trapezoidal protective cover 43 that covers the rear surface of the sun visor 40 in rear view are fixed to the front surfaces of the upper portions of the pair of left and right protective frames 42. This makes it possible to prevent the lateral discharge portion 8B of the discharge auger 8 from contacting the sun visor 40 and damaging the sun visor 40 when the discharge auger 8 turns. In this specification, the protective frames 42 and the protective cover 43 are collectively referred to as the protective member 44.

[0045] <Protective member according to the second embodiment> 18 and 19 show a protective member 44 according to a second embodiment. Note that the same members as those in the protective member 44 of the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.

[0046] A protective frame 42 of a protective member 44 extending upward from the upper wall of the grain tank 7 is provided on the rear side of the base of the support frame 41 on the upper wall of the grain tank 7.

[0047] Both side portions of a protective cover 43 of a generally trapezoidal protective member 44 that covers the rear surface of the sun visor 40 in rear view are fixed to the front surfaces of the upper portions of the pair of left and right protective frames 42. This makes it possible to prevent the lateral discharge portion 8B of the discharge auger 8 from contacting the sun visor 40 and damaging the sun visor 40 when the discharge auger 8 rotates.
