To provide a method for manufacturing a resin tube containing a poly(3-hydroxy-alkanoate)-based resin component and having a wall thickness thinner than an outer diameter.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a resin tube including a resin composition containing a poly(3-hydroxy-alkanoate)-based resin, in which the method comprises a step of melting the resin composition in an extruder, extruding a resulting material from an annular die, and introducing a resulting material into a water tank equipped with a box being capable of reducing pressure, in which a degree of pressure reduction in the box is -0.5 kPa (G) or less, a time during which the resin tube stays in the box is 0.1 seconds or more, and a temperature of the water tank is 30°C or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None
