AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Normally closed type fluid control valves face challenges during maintenance, as the strong spring force of the compression spring can damage the mounting bolt fastening portion when removed, and requires high torque to fasten against the spring load.

Method used

Incorporating a stopper mechanism that restricts the actuator's operation when mounting bolts are attached or detached, reducing the spring load on the mounting bolts and eliminating the need to fasten against the compression spring, thereby reducing the required torque.

Benefits of technology

This configuration allows for easy attachment and detachment of mounting bolts without operating the actuator, preventing damage to the fastening portions and reducing the torque required for assembly, thus improving maintenance efficiency.

Abstract

To easily attach and detach an attachment bolt without operating an actuator.SOLUTION: A fluid control valve 1 comprises a valve body 3 having an internal seal face 33, a diaphragm 4 abutting on or separating from the internal seal face 33, an actuator 2 connected to the diaphragm 4, and incorporating a compression spring 26 for energizing the diaphragm 4 to the valve body 3 side therein, and a plurality of attachment bolts 5 for attaching the valve body 3 to the actuator 2. A manually-operated stopper mechanism 7 for limiting the elongation of the compression spring 26 when attaching and detaching the attachment bolts 5 is arranged at the fluid control valve 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
