Abstract

To enable annular timbering having a truss structure to be easily transferred to a setting water area.SOLUTION: A timbering setting method comprises: a step (step S11) for manufacturing an annular timbering body having a truss structure in a dock; a step (step S12) for forming a buoyance chamber between an outer wall and an inner wall by providing a bottom plate covering the timbering body from below, the outer wall covering the timbering body from the outside and the inner wall covering the timbering body from the inside; a step (step S13) for floating the annular timbering on the water surface by the buoyance of the buoyance chamber by injecting water into the dock; a step (step S14) for towing the annular timbering floating on the water surface to the setting water area; and a step (step S15) for arranging the annular timbering inside an annular sheet pile structure. Thus, the annular timbering having the truss structure can be easily transferred to the setting water area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
