Abstract

To provide a unit type house capable of proposing a new space by forming a small space having an appropriate area between a habitable room zone and a plumbing zone by enlarging a surplus space formed on a boundary part between the zones.SOLUTION: A unit type house 10 has main unit groups 11, 12 with multiple main units 20A juxtaposed in an east-west direction, and a half unit group 13 with multiple half units 20B juxtaposed in the east-west direction. The main unit group 11 and the half unit group 13 adjacent in a south-north direction form a habitable zone 17, and the main unit group 12 forms a plumbing zone 18. The main unit group 12 and the half unit group 13 are separated in the south-north direction, and a separation size is smaller than a gable size of the half unit group 20B. An intermittent zone 19 between the habitable zone 17 and the plumbing zone 18 includes a non-unit region 15 between the unit groups 12, 13, and multiple small spaces are formed by the intermittent zone 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
