Abstract
To achieve both securing of drive time by a motor and work efficiency.SOLUTION: A work machine includes: an engine; a motor generator; a battery capable of storing power generated by the motor generator; a stored-power measurement device capable of detecting a stored power amount of the battery and capable of detecting an increase and decrease in the stored power amount of the battery; an inverter that controls a rotation speed of the motor generator; and a control device that controls the motor generator to operate. The control device can change an output upper limit value that is set with respect to an output of the motor generator, and controls the inverter so as not to exceed the output upper limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
