To provide a ceiling crane device which can automatically convey and stack a stored article such as a flexible container bag that is a heavy article.SOLUTION: A ceiling crane device includes: a moving device (3) which is horizontally movable along a rail (22) in a building; a winding device (4) which is mounted on the moving device, and winds up or winds down a suspension member (43); a hand part (5) which is connected and fixed to the lower end of the suspension member, and grips a storage rack (91) storing a stored article (90); and fixing means (55) for fixing a hand part raised to a raise end by winding up the suspension member to a predetermined position of the moving device.
