Abstract

To provide a fixture jig that can fix a thin body while reducing the influence on a test using a thin body such as a film or a substrate.SOLUTION: The fixture jig includes: a supporting unit 2 with a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 located in the opposite position to the position of the first surface 11; and a protrusion unit 3 connected to the supporting unit 2, the protrusion unit protruding to a second surface 12 side. The supporting unit 2 extends to surround a gap region A. An outer edge 3a of the protrusion 3 is formed nearer to the gap region A than an outer edge 2a of the supporting unit 2, and the supporting unit 2 has a magnet M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
