Abstract
To provide a reflecting mirror with high productivity.SOLUTION: A reflecting mirror 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a low refractive index layer 102 that has a first average refractive index; and a high refractive index layer 103 that has a second average refractive index higher than the first average refractive index. The low refractive index layer has a lamination structure in which a plurality of Ga-doped AlN layers and GaN layers are alternately laminated or a lamination structure in which a plurality of In-doped AlN layers and GaN layers are alternately laminated, and the high refractive index layer has an InGaN layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
