Abstract
To provide a flaring twisting mechanism and a device for processing and producing a flat wire motor stator.SOLUTION: A flaring twisting mechanism and a device for processing and producing a flat wire motor stator are provided. The flaring twisting mechanism includes: a moving protection mechanism for protecting and transporting the stator during a production process; a flaring twisting assembly for flaring and separating the flat wire of the stator transported by the moving protection mechanism and twisting the flat wire of the stator; a driving mechanism for assisting the flaring twisting assembly in completing the processing of the stator and supplying power to movement of internal components of the flaring twisting assembly; and a lower support base for mounting the flaring twisting assembly. The flaring twisting mechanism achieves fully automated processing of the flat wire motor stator and facilitates separation and twisting of a stator flat wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
