Abstract

To provide a heat exchanger capable of enhancing heat conduction for fluid flowing inside a storage body for storing a metal fiber structure.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a metal fiber structure (20) formed from metal fibers, and a storage body (for example, piping (10)) that stores the metal fiber structure (20).
