Abstract

According to one aspect of the present invention, there may be provided a battery pack including two cell module assemblies each including a pack case and a cylindrical battery cell and a cell frame accommodating the cylindrical battery cell, the cell frames being combined with each other and housed together in the pack case, the two cell module assemblies being configured such that top caps of the cylindrical battery cells face each other with at least a predetermined minimum safe distance between them.
