To supply an appropriate vehicle.SOLUTION: An information processing device performs: monitoring a plurality of vehicles for supplying a predetermined service; identifying a standby state of the vehicles at each one of a plurality of vehicle bases based on the monitoring result; determining a re-arrangement plan of the one or more vehicles waiting at any one of the vehicle bases so as to allow the vehicles having a predetermined attribute to be arranged at the predetermined vehicle bases based on the identified standby states; and instructing a movement to the first vehicle base to the vehicle for which the designated vehicle base has been changed into the first vehicle base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
