Abstract

To provide an electronic apparatus capable of improving antenna sensitivity and an electronic timepiece.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus (1) includes: a housing (2) having a space therein and containing an insulating material; an antenna element (31) located in the housing (2) and having an antenna pattern (311) including at least a portion extending substantially parallel to a first axis direction perpendicular to a central axis (C) of the housing (2); and a conductive sheet (71) that is located between the housing (2) and the antenna element (31), has a surface substantially parallel to a second axis direction along the central axis (C) of the housing (2), and being electrically connected to a ground surface with respect to the antenna element (31).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
