Respond to users with more substantial content. 【Solution means】An automatic response system that cooperates with a service providing device that provides services via a network and a user's terminal device, and includes an automatic response device for automatically responding to messages in natural language from the user, and data store information pre-registered in an AI chatbot trained to answer when natural language is input. The automatic response device obtains request parameters for input to a response model by at least inputting a message to the AI chatbot, inputs the request parameters and the user's personal information to the response model to obtain the content for responding to the user, and transmits the content for responding to the user to the terminal device. The data store information includes static information that does not depend on the content of the natural language among the information necessary for causing the AI chatbot to determine request parameters.
