Abstract
This disclosed capacitor element comprises: a first electrode; a dielectric layer covering at least a portion of the first electrode; and a second electrode covering at least a portion of the dielectric layer. The second electrode comprises: a solid electrolyte layer (131); an electrically conductive carbon layer (132) that covers at least a portion of the solid electrolyte layer (131); and a metal paste layer (133) that covers at least a portion of the carbon layer (132). The carbon layer (132) includes scale-like carbon particles and spherical carbon particles. The particle diameter of the spherical carbon particles is less than the average length of the major axis of the scale-like carbon particles, or is at least the average length of the major axis of the scale-like carbon particles.
