Abstract
To provide methods for treatment of cancer.SOLUTION: A method of treating cancer in a subject is provided, wherein the cancer is platinum resistant and the subject is BRCA negative, the method comprising administering one or both of a therapy that inhibits programmed cell death-1 protein (PD-1) signaling ("anti-PD-1 therapy") and a therapy that inhibits poly [ADP-ribose] polymerase (PARP) ("anti-PARP therapy") to a subject so that the subject receives treatment with both therapies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
