Fluid Status Detection Sensor

Abstract

To provide a fluid state detection sensor that suppresses deterioration of measurement accuracy of conductivity due to a characteristic of a fluid state detection sensor, and accurately detects a state of a fluid.SOLUTION: A fluid state detection sensor 1 includes: an electrode part 10 that is composed of a pair of electrodes disposed facing each other; a conductivity acquisition unit 30 that detects a resistance value from an inter-electrode voltage value acquired via the electrode part 10, and acquires conductivity of a fluid; a control unit 50 that implements processing of the entire fluid state detection sensor 1 according to a control program stored in a ROM and the like; a storage unit 60 that stores a correction value of the fluid in which conductivity calculated by the conductivity calculation unit 32 calculating conductivity of the entire fluid from the inter-electrode voltage value is more than a prescribed value; a correction unit 70 that in a case of the fluid in which the conductivity calculated by the conductivity calculation unit 32 is more than the prescribed value, corrects the conductivity calculated in the conductivity calculation unit 32, using the correction value 61 stored in the storage unit 60; and an output unit 80 that outputs the corrected conductivity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
