Abstract

To solve the problem that increasing the spring force of a spring member for pressing an open / close part increases operating force required to open and close the open / close part.SOLUTION: An image forming device is provided, comprising a link for coupling an open / close part to a device main body having a receiving surface. The link has a contact portion configured to be in contact with the receiving surface in a position between an open position and a closed position.
