Portable hand-held saw with creasing unit and dust extraction

Abstract

The present invention relates to a portable handheld saw machine comprising a saw unit (11) having a sawing tool holder (14) for a sawing tool (15), in particular a saw blade, and a sawing drive motor (12) for driving the sawing tool holder (14), and a guide device (17), wherein the guide device comprises a guide body (18) having a guide surface (19) extending along a longitudinal axis (L) for guiding the handheld saw machine (10) along a working direction (AR) on a workpiece (W) or a guide rail (200), and a sawing cut (SAE) is made in the workpiece (W) along the working direction (AR) using the sawing tool (15) protruding in front of the guide surface (19) during sawing operation of the handheld machine tool. The portable handheld saw (10) includes a creasing unit (31) having a creasing tool holder (34) for a creasing tool (35), particularly a creasing tool saw blade, arranged in a guide device (17) in front of the saw unit (11) in a working direction (AR), and a creasing tool drive device (32A) for driving the creasing tool holder (34), and the creasing tool can be used to make a creasing mark (RI) in a workpiece (W) that is positioned in front of a saw cut (SAE) to be made in the working direction (AR) using the creasing tool (35) that protrudes in front of a guide surface (19) during a creasing operation of the handheld saw. The creasing unit (31) is also designed to have a creasing tool dust exhaust device for exhausting particles generated when the creasing tool (35) is used to make the creasing mark (RI) in the workpiece (W).
