To provide an information processing device configured to easily switch returnability or return mode of a product for every user who wants to return the product.SOLUTION: An information processing device 1 includes: an acquisition unit 132 for acquiring a return condition token held by a returning user on a block chain, the return condition token representing a return condition for the returning user to return a product to a return destination user; a determination unit 133 for determining whether or not to return the product to the return destination user or a return mode for returning a product to the return destination user on the basis of a relation between the product and the return condition token; and an output unit 134 for outputting return information representing return availability and the return mode determined by the determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
