Abstract

To provide a conveyance robot capable of suppressing a frequency of failures of conveyance of an object.SOLUTION: A control device of a conveyance robot executes the steps of: controlling a rotation mechanism according to movement of an autonomous travel robot to a target position attitude, and rotating a distance measurement sensor; detecting a position attitude of an object existing in a specified place, on the basis of change in the measured distance of the distance measurement sensor by a rotation angle and the shape of the object; and adjusting the position of the autonomous travel robot and the attitude of a gripping part so that the gripping part can execute object operation, according to the detection result of the position attitude of the object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
