Abstract

The present invention relates to an electrode assembly for a secondary battery, the electrode assembly having a structure in which a laminate including a sheet-shaped positive electrode, a sheet-shaped negative electrode, and a sheet-shaped separator interposed between the sheet-shaped positive electrode and the sheet-shaped negative electrode is wound up, and the electrode assembly includes a nonwoven fabric having a porous structure on the inside of the sheet-shaped positive electrode in a stacking direction of the laminate in a region including a portion corresponding to one end of the sheet-shaped positive electrode located at a core of the electrode assembly in the wound up state, and the electrode assembly includes a secondary battery including the electrode assembly.
