Abstract

To provide a heat transfer suppression sheet which can efficiently diffuse, to an outside, heat generated during normal use of battery cells, and suppresses propagation of heat between the battery cells during abnormal situations of the battery cells, thereby capable of preventing a chain thermal runaway, and which can also prevent falling off of particles, etc.SOLUTION: There is provided, a heat transfer suppression sheet 10 which is used in a battery pack including a plurality of battery cells connected in series or parallel therein. The heat transfer suppression sheet includes: a pair of heat insulation materials 2; an intermediate layer 3 arranged between the pair of heat insulation materials 2; and a first resin film disposed so as to enclose the heat insulation materials 2 and the intermediate layer 3 from the outside. The intermediate layer 3 includes a heat diffusion sheet 5 having higher thermal conductivity than the heat insulation materials 2, and a second resin film 6 laminated on each of both sides of the heat diffusion sheet 5, the sides being perpendicular to a thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
