AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

The conventional method of fixing a pressurized evaporator to a vehicle frame is prone to deterioration due to temperature changes, leading to the risk of the evaporator falling off the tank truck.

Method used

The tank truck design includes a chassis frame with side frames and subframes that support the pressurized evaporator, featuring outer and inner support portions that protrude from the side frames and subframes to stabilize the evaporator, and through-holes for adjustable fixation, ensuring the evaporator remains secured even if detached.

Benefits of technology

The design effectively prevents the pressurized evaporator from falling off by providing multiple points of support, enhancing stability and allowing for efficient heat exchange while reducing the risk of damage during travel.

Abstract

To provide a tanker lorry configured so that a pressurizing evaporator can be suppressed from coming off.SOLUTION: The tanker lorry is equipped with: a chassis frame supported by a plurality of wheels; a sub frame fixed onto the chassis frame; a tank fixed onto the sub frame; a pressurizing evaporator fixed to the chassis frame or the sub frame; a side part, fixed to the chassis frame or the sub frame and positioned in a vehicle width direction or in a longitudinal direction of the pressurizing evaporator; and a supporting part protruded from a lower end part of the side part and positioned below the pressuring evaporator. This enables the supporting part to support the pressurizing evaporator coming off from the chassis frame or from the sub frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
