Abstract
To provide a flexible pipe that is suitably used in a roller pump or the like for transporting fluid, and in which a flow rate does not decrease even when used for a long period of time and a risk of water leakage due to breakage is reduced.SOLUTION: A flexible pipe is formed by molding a resin composition made of polyvinyl chloride with an average degree of polymerization of 1,500 to 2,500 into a cylindrical shape. The resin composition contains 70 to 100 pts.wt. of a plasticizer for every 100 pts.wt. of polyvinyl chloride. The resin composition is immersed in heptane as a solvent at 25°C for one hour, and the evaporation residue of a leaching solution is 1,000 μg / ml or less. The plasticizer has a weight average molecular weight of 3,500 to 5,500. The flexible pipe can be used in a peristaltic part of a roller pump.SELECTED DRAWING: None
