Abstract
To provide a quick activation method of an industrial augmented reality (AR) application, an AR system, and an augmented reality platform, which can identify an augmented reality node location for being used in the AR system in a process plant or the other field environment.SOLUTION: In an AR system, a method enables a user to select a mode from a first mode for inputting device information, determining an AR node stored and mapped in an AR database of a device, and determining an AR node landing point; and a second mode for providing image information within the field of view of the user, predicts an object type by a machine learning model, identifying the object type from a map database, taking out a node location of the identified node, determines a user position from a position of the taken out node location, and selecting the user position as the AR node landing point, to determine the AR node landing point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
