Abstract

To provide an image capturing lens which is compact, has a large aperture diameter, and yet offers high optical performance and suppressed view angle fluctuation while focusing, and to provide an image capturing device having the same.SOLUTION: An image capturing lens disclosed herein comprises, in order from the object side to the image side, a first lens group comprising at least two negative lenses, a second lens group having positive refractive power, and a third lens group having negative refractive power. The first lens group is stationary when an object distance changes from infinity to a short distance. Focusing is accomplished by moving the second lens group or second and third lens groups along an optical axis. The image capturing lens satisfies given conditional expressions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
