To provide a rail process structure capable of easily fixing an object to be fixed to the rail.SOLUTION: A rail fixing structure has: a rail 40 that has a pair of lip parts 46 forming an upper surface and an opening 48 formed between tips 46T of the pair of the lip parts 46, wherein the rail 40 is laid on a floor 30; a bracket 20 arranged on the rail 40; a fixing member 50 that has a base member 52 having both ends 52E1, 52E2 locked to the lower surfaces of the pair of the lip parts 46 respectively while non-rotatably arranged in the rail 40 and a male screw part 62 projecting above the rail 40 via the opening 48 from a part displaced to one side in a width direction of the rail 40 from a center C of the base member 52 when viewing the rail 40 from a longitudinal direction; and a nut member 70 that is threaded into the male screw part 62 and fixes the bracket 20 to the male screw part 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
