To provide a monitor camera capable of suppressing dew condensation inside a closed housing.SOLUTION: A monitor camera includes a lens part, a bottomed cylindrical housing in which an opening for arranging the lens part is sealed by a dome cover, a heating element provided in the housing, a high-temperature part in which the heating element is arranged in the housing, a low-temperature part in the housing separated from the heating element and having a lower temperature than the high-temperature part, and a humidity adjusting member arranged in the low-temperature part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
