Abstract

To provide a system for lending a vehicle to a user through a communication apparatus of the user.SOLUTION: A system 500 is configured to: specify one of stations 20 as a current lending station or return station based on the communication between the station and a communication apparatus 90 of a user; display, for each vehicle, vehicle information for specifying the vehicle in the form of a code; use a code of one vehicle in lending to specify the current vehicle; permit the selected vehicle to be lent to the user on condition that the current lending station coincides with one of the stations and the current vehicle coincides with one of a plurality of vehicles; and permit, based upon the current return station and the vehicle information on the selected vehicle stored in a memory in the lending, the user to return the selected vehicle to the current return station without being requested to read the code with the communication apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
