Antibodies and molecules that immunospecifically bind to BTN1A1 and their therapeutic uses

Abstract

It provides a new therapeutic approach to safely and effectively treat diseases by modulating the immune system. [Solution] Molecules having an antigen-binding fragment that immunospecifically binds to BTN1A1, e.g., anti-BTN1A1 antibodies, are provided. These molecules include those having an antigen-binding fragment that immunospecifically binds to glycosylated BTN1A1, e.g., anti-glycosylated BTN1A1 antibodies. Methods of making and using these molecules, including methods of using these molecules in cancer therapy or as cancer diagnostics, are also provided.
