Abstract

To provide a technique for enabling even a less-skilled or less-experienced operator to appropriately determine whether to implement temporary countermeasures for suppressing occurrence of a mounting suction error until performing maintenance in a case where the mounting suction error of a mounting head frequently occurs.SOLUTION: A management program for a surface-mounted machine causes a production management PC to execute: acquisition processing for acquiring, for each mounting head, information for identifying a total time of recovery work which is performed regarding the mounting head during the production of one substrate from the surface-mounted machine; first determination processing for determining whether or not the total time identified by the information acquired in the acquisition processing is greater than a first threshold; and proposal processing for proposing, to an operator, the implementation of temporary countermeasures for suppressing the occurrence of a mounting suction error until head maintenance is performed in a case where it is determined in the first determination processing that the total time is greater than the first threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
