Abstract
To perform communication control so as to suppress the degradation of real-time performance.SOLUTION: A knowledge base 191 ranks and indicates one or more preceding patterns, which are communication patterns that appeared immediately before traffic increased. A pattern detection unit 131 refers to communication data 201 communicated and stored according to control information indicating communication control, and detects a new appearance of a frequent pattern, which is a higher-ranked preceding pattern indicated in the knowledge base 191. When the new appearance of the frequent pattern is detected, a communication control unit 132 determines the communication control so that communication corresponding to the frequent pattern is given priority, and outputs the control information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
