Abstract

To provide a solenoid valve that improves the waterproofness between a cylindrical block and a coil block and prevents corrosion of welded portions between a cylinder member, a fixed iron core, and a yoke member due to intrusion of water.SOLUTION: An electromagnet 2 is constituted of a cylindrical block 8, a spacer member 11, a coil block 9, and a cover member 10. The spacer member 11 is externally fitted on the cylindrical block 8 and is disposed on the end side of a valve body 1. The coil block 9 is externally fitted on the cylindrical block 8 adjacent to the spacer member 11. The cover member 10 is substantially cup-shaped and is attached to the end of the cylindrical block 8 to cover the coil block 9. A first O-ring 24 is provided between the cover member 10 and the coil block 9, a second O-ring 25 is provided between the coil block 9 and the spacer member 11, and each of the O-rings 24, 25 is externally fitted on the cylindrical block 8. The second O-ring 25 imparts its own elastic force to the spacer member 11 in a direction in which the spacer member comes in contact with the end of the valve body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
