Collection kit and collection method

Abstract

To solve a problem in which: a less experienced operator may cause excess or deficiency in an amount of a liquid sample to be collected in a culture bottle; a conventional collection kit has a risk that a user mixes air into the culture bottle.SOLUTION: A collection kit 10 comprises: a tube for connection 12 that is connectable with a medical bag storing a liquid sample; a first syringe 14 that stores a predetermined amount of a liquid sample from the medical bag; a second syringe 16 that stores a predetermined amount of the liquid sample from the medical bag; a holder for sampling 18 that is connectable with a culture bottle 90; and a four-way cock 20 that connects the tube for connection 12, the first syringe 14, the second syringe 16, and the holder for sampling 18 with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
