Abstract
The present disclosure provides pharmaceutical compositions for antigen-specific immune tolerance or immune suppression. The present disclosure provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising CD4-positive anergy T cells and CD8-positive anergy T cells. In some embodiments, the anergy T cells are induced by an antibody capable of inhibiting the interaction of CD80 and / or CD86 with CD28. In certain embodiments, the pharmaceutical composition may further comprise regulatory T cells (e.g., FOXP3-positive CD4-positive CD25-positive T cells).
